After taking this product with the addition of another company’s product, helps de-stress, I have been sleeping more sound and while asleep find that I’ve been calmer as well. When searching for a good decent product that used naturally and beneficial resources to grown and made in the USA was very hard to find but I found it here. Will continue to purchase for health and sleep benefits though I do wish that the cost could come down some, but only if the product is not jeopardized in any way.

Consistently this product works to help me fall asleep and stay asleep with only half the recommended dose. I have some restlessness and nighttime anxiety but this stuff does the trick for me. No hangover and just great sleep! On my 3rd or 4th bottle. Thanks Gentle Sleep!

I have to admit that I seem to sleep a little bit better each time I take these capsules. The problem is the next day I feel groggy, lethargic and it seems to last most of the day. Most unfortunate but I can't give a good review this product.

I have a.horrible time trying to sleep.Between 3 lumbar spine fusions, psoriatic arthritis and Ankylosing spondyloarpathy Arthritis and spasms galore o am on a.mess of pain killers,.muscle relaxers& sleep medicine. I need something to work! I've only been taking these for a week and I am not sure that they are working yet..Good luck!

Edit: While this product did not work for me in particular, Everyone's system is different, so with all of the good reviews, please give it a try yourself.I have changed my rating to 5 stars due to the extraordinary personal response I received from the company. They sent a letter to my home to express their apologies that the product did not work for me. This type of Customer Care and Integrity is just huge in my book. This is the type of company who deserves your business.I was very hopeful this product would help me with my sleep. Has alot of natural ingredients that seem would work. For instance, I have taken straight valerian root drops in the past that work better than this. In fact, the Costco brand sleep aid I had been using works much better for a fraction of the cost. Bummer, because I was looking for a natural ingredient solution.

I can sleep again I fall asleep and stay asleep and drem again.

I like this product although I would really like it in a gummy. It worked very well for me the capsules are just a little large. I fell asleep quickly and stayed asleep, no groggy feeling in the morning. Overall a good product.

I've tried a lot of sleep supplements that haven't helped me much. I was pleased and relieved to find that the Gentle Sleep capsules enabled me to sleep deeper and longer. Thank goodness!
