Cory in the House - Nintendo DS

There is no hyperbole, exaggeration, or sarcasm in that headline you see up there. This is truly one of the greatest pieces of media I have ever had the honor to lay my eyes upon, something which truly makes me proud to proclaim myself a gamer. I never believed that a video game could ever be perfect; maybe close, but never perfect. Cory In The House throws that previous belief out, as this game is truly perfect in every single aspect. Based upon the classic anime from the Disney Channel, Cory in the House, the player gets to take control of the dynamic and deep character of Cory as he explores the deep and rich settings and characters around him in a manner which has never truly been so well crafted before in gaming. Every single character is extremely well developed and thought-out, the gameplay is smooth and clever with multiple puzzles, and the story is absolutely compelling and leaves you at tears by the end. If you consider yourself a gamer, you are practically obligated to own this masterpiece.

I thought the positive reviews here were meant as a joke and thus I refrained from playing this games for years. However, on my mom's death bed she asked if me nothing but one thing: that I may finish the game before she died as she can't finish it. I tried playing the game from her save file but it soon became apparent that the story is so deep and complex that I had to start over. Fortunately the game picks up very fast and within minutes I was immerged into the world of Cory in the house. I was able to beat the game in time to discuss the heartwarming ending with my since passed away mom. It was hard discussing the ending with her without breaking into tears. Ever since her passing I play this game once a year and for just a moment it feels like I have my mom next to me. This game and it's awesome story is one of a kind.

So after he got arrested, I bought a few of these under the false advisement from my boo that they'd go up in price. They did not. LOL Meh...maybe after he's convicted...

Never in my life have I encountered a true piece of perfection. This game taught me that there is a God and that he smiles upon us all because I was truly blessed to be born into a world where Cory In The House for Nintendo DS exists. The graphics were masterful and the story was powerful and moving. I was brought to tears on multiple occasions. Upon completing the storyline, I sat in somber silence and faced an existential crisis as I pondered my own existence. A greater work of art may never be birthed into the world again such as this. I am trembling as I write this because of the powerful effect this game leaves on oneself. 5/5.

HOW WAS THIS AN AMAZON'S CHOICE? This meme died out years ago and the show died out before the memes did, HOW IS GIVEN THE SAME SEAL OF APPROVAL AS WHAT DO YOU MEME (much better meme game) AND 1080P CURVED TVS. And also it got Nintendo's Seal, THE SAME SEAL AS MARIO ODYSSEY, BREATH OF THE WILD AND MARIO MAKER ON SHOVELWARE. The show stinks, it's not an anime, the game stinks, it's compressed, it's linear, and it's based off of a bad show with a bad fanbase who thinks this bad show and bad game is not bad, also, i will link a friend of mine's videos if you think it's an anime so you can get hate directed towards you. SO STOP LYING, IT'S NOT THE ANIME THAT EVERYONE SAYS, IF THEY TOLD THE TRUTH, IT WOULD BE 4 OR 5 STARS!!! If you want to play it if you are under the mental age of 6 and/or think it's an anime just download DesMume and the ROM.

Wow, words can't explain how amazing this game is! I had to beg my grandma to get this game, because ever since I was young I would always fantasize about Cory and his crew, surely she came to her senses and let me purchase this glorious game! Overall the gameplay is surely a candidate for fun, and the graphics are pretty impressive for a ds game. Cory will always be the man!

This game sux, but its not the game's fault. His name is "Cory" and he is "In the House", so he's doing his part. It's me. After reading all the reviews, I don't know what I'm missing (Someone please help.… ). Is it something in my character that is keeping me from experiencing this gem or am I really this boring, dull, unsympathetic and heartless? I think I hate myself. Today is Christmas Eve…. I can only hope that my guardian angel (if I even have one) would appear and show me what life would be like if "Cory never was "In the House" or maybe late tonight I'll be haunted by 3 spirits who can show at what point in my miserable life I lost my way and became the oxygen-wasting pile of human debris I see looking back at myself from the mirror. Time is growing short… Please send help……

I bought this game because I needed a new game for my DS. And before this, I wasn't a fan of anime, but you can't help yourself but to fall in love with the CITH's plot and characters. I wouldn't hesitate to call it one of the best games on the DS, if not, any Nintendo system. It's sad that there hasn't been an HD remaster confirmed, but I don't doubt it will.
