This is right out of the box. I think the sizing guide is way off. I wear a women's size 7.5 athletic shoe. According to the guide I ordered an adult womens small foot = Medium. Neither the cuff (even over pants) nor the foot plate are close to correct. Also, instructions would have been helpful. The "8" strap is very rough. I could not use the strap against my leg. Very disappointing. I expect to return.

I ordered a pair. A left and right. I got 2 left. The one I tried on was comfortable. Would be nice to have one for each leg!
