Original Tea Bags 240 - 750g

Absolutely lovely cuppa. This tea is absolutely delicious! Not at all like the weak stuff typically sold here in the States. I’ve been a fan of tea from the UK since quitting coffee last year. I’ve tried many including PG Tips, Twinings Everyday and Assam, etc. All were excellent compared to brands here in the U.S however this Tetley from the UK is just the best. It’s very rich and fragrant but has a touch of brightness that aren’t as present in other quality UK teas. Very full flavored and satisfying and hold ups up beautifully to a splash of milk and a packet of sugar or sweetener. Two cups of this in the morning is far better than coffee for me. Easier on the stomach and no jitters but you still get the pick me up. No unpleasant lingering aftertaste or breath like that with coffee. As someone who routinely purchased expensive Coffee pods the price of this tea is a welcome savings. You can’t go wrong with the Tetley. Just make sure you’re purchasing the UK version and not the US version. There is a HUGE difference. Also the package arrived to me in tact and it didn’t expire for an entire year. Great purchase.

A great blend of Assam/Orange Pekoe tea. After this you can include Brooks Bond which includes Kenyan red tea (which is just incredibly tasty sweet flavor and has a beautiful aroma!) but Tetley is as perfect a tea as you can find. I'm amazed as well as grateful the price is kept as economical as it is (we working class thank you!) because there are a lot of crappy teas out there that charge a lot more and tout quality that is just not there. I won't name names but if you are a tea lover you know what I mean. For the price you would pay for Lipton's in the U.S. you can be enjoying a much, much better tasting, consistently good tea from the first bag to the last damned good tea! Remember that the Tetley sold in the U.S. IS NOT THE SAME!!! Get the Tetley with the English pricing on it to be sure. Or from a vendor that is honest and states it is from England and if you buy in bulk/large amount (like here at 240ct) it only costs a little more that American grocery store tea and you are getting one of the best English teas on the market. (Honestly and excuse my American pallet but Tetley British Blend is a damned good tea too! ) FINALLY...Tetley was Beatles George Harrison and John Lennon's favorite tea. So, if you don't like Tetley you are a terrible human being. So there!

This is the tea that had me switch from coffee! The taste is great! The seller, however, is way overpriced. I found this tea in my local WinCo for $3.98 for a box of 80. Won’t be buying from this seller again.

America has some serious culinary deficincies. there is our beer (what author Edward Abbey called "angel piss"); there is our awful fast food; and then there is our tea. Used to be, Lipton was OK, but a few years ago they seem to have adopted a Jack Welch the hell-with-the customer attitude & their "tea" is an abomination - both the bags and the instant. So I went with Tetley British Brew which is OK but if you want the real thing you should go wit the UK import, which this is. Wonderful tea - heavenly! And not expensive - you get a ton of tea bags in a puch. Enjoy! BTW for instant tea get the WAKA Kenyan powdered tea - very fine and also avilable fair-traded at Amazon.

I enjoy Tetley tea, and I have purchased it before here on Amazon in larger quantities. Mine is the UK packed version (I noticed that at least one reviewer received the US version). I would have preferred that it came in a box; instead it came in a package, not a real issue. The only reason I didn't give the product five stars is because I don't consider Tetley to be a five star tea. I purchase lots of brands here on Amazon, including Tetley, Twinings, Yorkshire, etc. Tetley is a good, all-around daily tea, but it doesn't quite top the list of best in the world. I am quite happy with my purchase and will buy again.

Great flavor, doesn’t have any unpleasant bitter aftertaste. Perfect for both hot and iced tea, I also made milk tea and loved it. I ordered a 240 ct option and it came in a large bag with a resealable sticker on - not in a box as advertised. The one I got was manufactured in the UK (some reviews said it wasn’t). It does have some fine powder on each packet (not a lot though) so you might want to shake it off before you brew. (Only if you prefer clearer tea)

Excellent, fast customer service

Not imported from the U.K, it’s made in the U.S and tastes terrible. The box was also shipped in a bag so it came squished and there was tea dust everywhere and the box was not salvageable. This item is not returnable, so wasted my money.

Ich trinke meinen Tee meist einfach schwarz. Meine Frau mag ihn mit Milch und etwas Zucker. Geht bei uns von morgens bis abends. Herrlich unkompliziert und vollmundig

Do not leave them to brew too long or squeeze bag as becomes bitter, but just leave them brewing for a couple of minutes and they make a great cuppa

tasty and great for breakfast

Quite expensive but a must buy. Can’t imagine to use any other brand.
