It is a little silly to buy steak knives off the internet when you can walk into any house goods store and pick some up. But since I use these as kitchen knives for cutting up fruit and vegetables, I wanted to get highly recommended ones and not the type that break apart after you use them once or twice. The reviewers are right; these are tremendous work knives for kitchen use. They are razor sharp and have worked out very well after a few months.

Wickedly sharp. Super inexpensive. Great for everyday hacking in the kitchen, or when you don't want to break-out the big heavy stack knives. They handle the dishwasher well.Are these heavy-duty, super quality? Nope. But they don't cost what a more heavy duty knife would cost.Recommended.

You cannot go wrong with these inexpensive steak knives. They are sharp. I have used Tramontina before and never have been disappointed. I think I have knives of theirs laying around from 20 years ago and they are still sharp (I never sharpened them).

I was looking for a good knife to cut up veggies. I had gotten some nice ones that just dug into my hand, making my knuckle swell. These cut easily through anything, and leave my hands in good shape!

VERY VERY VERY happy with these. I'd bought 1 (probably at Walmart) but could never find the same again. It's one of my favorite knives. Glad I found it on Amazon.

Have purchased these knives long time ago in Wall-Mart. Used it for years. Loved it. Then, Wall-Mart stopped carrying them. Was very happy to find it n Amazon. Bought for family and friends. Never get dull. Wonderful quality, great price.

Very light, if I had purchased these from Walmart I would be worried. Luckily they are a good brand, light but sharp, thin but not fragile.

Best value steak knives. Very sharp, stays sharp, small-tooth serrations make short work of meats. Durable handles. If what you want is a good, low cost, steak knife, you can't do better than these.
