Mane 'n Tail Original Shampoo for Horses & Humans, for A Down to The Skin Clean (1 Gallon)

I love mane and tail. Use it for my dogs, for my husband and myself! The smell is great and clean. My hair is always nice and it gets all the yuck out when I use too much products and it's gentle enough to use on my two dogs who have different coat types even for my oily girl and dry boy. Bottle size is enormous and great value since our whole family uses it and it always foams up a great lather so you can use it diluted or concentrated. The conditioner is equally great, and we also love the Detangler spray, and the Extreme Detangler spray!! They all smell wonderful and feel great and moisturizing as well as sleek and clean.

The best smelling shampoo. My daughters use this shampoo. Plus our horses/dogs use it as well. It lathers up so good, cleans great, animals are shiny afterward. Great shampoo!

I bought this large bottle to save money. I refill my other bottles for each bathroom. This shampoo works great on my hair. It doesn't weigh it down. I also use it on my dogs.

I've used this shampoo on my dogs for years. It has a nice mild aroma and leaves their hair clean, soft and helps with tangles when brushing. I decided to buy this bigger size due to the price savings. I use it generously but it will last a long time around my place.

We learned about this product from a local horse lady. She told us that she not only used it on her horses but also on her dogs and everyone else in her family. Now that got my attention! So I went to Tractor Supply the first time and bought a 12 oz. bottle. Both my wife and I tried it and found it to be very rich, that it lathered easily and extensively, that it was easy to rinse out of our hair, and that it left our hair soft and sweet smelling. So we subjected it to the true test and used it on our two rescue Irish Wolfhounds. Piper is a 115 lb female and Finnegan is a 180 lb. male. Neither one likes baths very much but they have learned to be patient with us if we use warm water when washing them and then a hose to rinse them off. Their favorite part is the drying off with coarse towels, a combination of removing the water while playing a difficult game of "keep away" with them. A major consideration is the cost comparison. You can buy a 12 oz. bottle of the shampoo for around $8.00 or a gallon (128 oz.) of the shampoo for $28.49. Ten 12 oz. bottles would cost you about $80.00 and you would still be short 8 oz. of the shampoo. Such a deal the gallon size is!
