Seemed sturdy as I was assembling this thing. But after assembly I tried some dips and the thing almost fell forward with me on it the moment I picked my feet up. I'm only 180.Ok so next I tried some leg lifts. The thing seems to want to tip backwards.Cushion material seems cheap. It was torn on arrival. This thing doesn't seem safe. I think the feet on the bottom need to be larger and the thing is constructed too narrow maybe.Updated review to 1 star because on top of cheap inferior product, not good costumer service. You'd get better costumer service at a recycling center.

This pull up bar is actually better than I thought. My wife and I use it daily now and considering I'm 250lbs it is very sturdy! It took about 45 mins to assemble and I had my 8 year old daughter help me. It adjusts to many diffent heights and all 3 of my kids also use it. Worth the buy!

The product in no way is sturdy. I am a 5'9" 185 lbs. male and it was not sturdy at all. Extremely wobbly during both pull-ups and dips. Not a very safe product to be honest.
