This new Sony 1.3MP CMOS technology goes beyond your high resolution expectations, great for commercial or residential applications where large areas need to be surveilled. It features a varifocal 6-22mm lens that can be manually adjusted for wide angle or close-up views. The camera's infrared 36 LEDs can illuminate objects at a distance of 100 feet and Sony technology utilizes an auto-switching sensor that automatically switches to black and white with infrared assist during low light environments. Encased in an IP66 enclosure, it can operate under a variety of harsh, outdoor environments and the video cable on this new camera is concealed in the base making it impossible to be tampered with.
