This book looks like a xerox copy binded in poor quality.I would recommend you buy this book from somewhere else since I have seen copies of better quality.

This is a good book that puts you in the right direction for learning ERP systems. It provides plenty of references to back up your reading.

The book was in good conditions as described

The printing is very poor, many pages are smeared and/or with drops of ink. In a normal printing run, this book would have qualified as a reject. Definitely the product is substard in quality. I am surprised any bookseller would sell a product of such poor quality, much less one affiliated with Amazon.
