This tip worked great for my application, remember to let the tool do the work, no pressure is needed otherwise the tip cannot reciprocate.I read a lot of reviews of people complaining, Use some finesse and creativity, little to no pressure, 45 degree angle, work tough spots from the opposite direction if need be. Don't start a job where you won't have time to finish it... plan ahead so you don't rush.Bottom line, I didn't chip any tiles, this tool provides precision, is much easier than doing it by hand, and safer than using multifunctional tool for tight spaces between tiles. I removed grout from the tile around an entire tub (3 walls) within 5 hours, which included re-groutting and all of the wait time in-between steps for the grouting process, and clean-up. I saved a lot of money!

Worked fine to clean kitchen grout. Easy to handle. Thanks also sending additional tightening part.

This replacement works fine. I could tell no difference from the tip that came with the original tool. Great to have on hand.
