Scar Removal: Plus Vitamin C. Scar Therapy Cream for Keloids, Acne Pimples, Skin Damage & Other Blemishes ✜Dermatologist Grade Scar Removal Treatment Gel

So, I bought this scar treatment to help with a major facial scar I received after a surgery. The scar is hypertrophic, and always ends up sun damaged during the summer (it's 3 inches and on my forehead, so it isn't easy to cover up). Thing is, my scar is almost 20 years old, so I'm writing this review with those facts in mind.What I can say for sure is that Scar Removal Plus moisturizes the hell out of your scar. That is immediately apparent upon application. For this reason (and the fact that it's pure silicone gel), I believe it should be great for new scars. Maintaining a moist environment has been shown to reduce inflammation and scar formation ( http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3842869/ ). Silicone gels and sheets have also been shown to reduce the profile of both new and old scars ( http://www.ehow.com/about_5576981_scar-reduction-silicone.html , http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2918339/ ). Again, these treatments work best on new scars, so using Scar Removal Plus during the healing process is imperative.So, what about my scar? The jury is still out on any major results. The moisturizing aspects have certainly reduced the itchiness associated with hypertrophic scarring. And based on some pictures I've taken, it appears to have reduced in redness. The scar is definitely much softer, as well. I will continue to update this review if good results continue.It should also be noted that the company that makes this product is a small privately owned company. They contacted me soon after purchasing it, and actually offered to refund my money if I didn't see results, despite the fact that I told them how old my scar is, and that I never expected much to begin with. I appreciate that level of honesty, and it appears they genuinely want to help people.

For 30$, the bottle is REALLY small. I can't tell you if it works yet or if I'm satisfied; the product will take at least a month or two to notice any elimination or subsiding of scars. By that time, in a little less than a month, using it 1-2 times a day, I'll already need a new bottle. So I don't know what to say... guess I'll have to spend 90$ to see if it will make a difference. I think I'll stick with mederma (larger amount, cheaper price). I've been using it a little over a week on a small patch of my body and the bottle is almost half gone!

This is a honest a review with none of that I got this product at half price for an honest review B.S. Now that that's out of the way. I just want to say this product does not work at all. I have keloid scars on both my left and right ears from piercing and I thought with the high star ratings and reviews. I'll buy it and give it a try. Sadly, it did noting to my scars. They are still exactly the same size, color and feel the exactly same as before. I also bought the larger 50 dollar size just to make sure that I have enough to use for three of months plus to make sure that there was enough time to determine the truth of said product. This product is one of the most ineffective product I've ever used and would never recommend it to anyone with scars. Look else where if you want results. The individuals saying this product works either are lying in their reviews or their scars are not keliod scars. Please save your hard earned money for a product that does what it claims to do and not this. I feel so scammed that I bought a 50 dollar scar removal cream that might as well have been lotion that was put into the product for me to use to remedy my scar issues. If there was a zero out of five I would of picked that.

I am currently using it and a few other skin creams on 2 very recent incision sites. I could not be happier with the way that both sites have improved. I was very worried about scarring because of the surgery and the depth and size of the incisions. They are still very fresh wounds but they don't look like it. They are healing so well! I can't wait to see my doctor for a follow up and see the look on his face when he notices the incisions are not as noticeable. I've been using this cream and another 2 creams and have been taking pictures as it heals. I'm very happy with everything. I'm posting what the incisions looked like before I started using the cream and one week later. Even today, it has improved since the pics a few days ago. It gets better everyday. Highly recommend!!!!

I fell down & wound up with about an inch sized hyperpigmented raised scar on my elbow, & this lotion flattened, smoothed out, & improved my scar immensely. This lotion is excellent, & the company has the best customer service on the planet! This company really goes above & beyond the call of duty to ensure their customers are satisfied & happy with their products. Anytime I had a question, their representives responded back to me in an expedient manner, & they go the extra mile to ensure a customer's buying experience is as exemplary as possible by following up on purchases. Superb product with the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Highly recommended.

Not sure if thus will help.I had surgeryon my foot few years ago, and I was leftwith a nasty looking scar.And like I said itsbeen a few years ago but this serum seemsTo be lighting up with daily use so once I useup the entire bottle I will give a update,so far so good

Not what I expected... I thought it would work better, after reading these reviews, however, it is mediocre. I haven't seen or noticed any results. I've been using this product since June 2, 2016, at least twice a day... I want my money back.

This will be my second bottle.  It works.  Friends have noticed the scar is fading.  I had a 1.5" in diameter circle cut from my shin in August 2014.  The open wound was about 1/8" deep.  It took one full year to heal over.  The result was a depressed circle, reddish-brown in color, with a cellophane feel.  I have used about 3/4of my first bottle.  The fading took a while but it now continues to improve.  I also use it on some dark spots not face and they are fading as well.Thank you for a product that works.
