Kate Mosse Trilogy 3 Books Collection Set (Sepulchre, Citadel, Labyrinth)

The historical fiction novel The Winter Ghosts first acquainted me with Kate Mosse, thenceforth topmost with Ragnar Jónasson among my most appreciated authors. It so affected me character-, dialogue-, plot- and style-wise that I thenceforth aimed at amassing all Mosse available before and since that authoring.The Languedoc trilogy of Labyrinth, Sepulchre and Citadel amounts to a cultural, natural, politico-economic biography, history and memoir of a people who ameliorated an ambiance antagonistic to all and any permanent- and temporary-settlement activities. It brings back my time in beautiful south-central, south-east France, whose countryside cleared for cities and crops came about because of courageous Cathars, who correlated "yes" with the countrified, country-folk adverb "oc" instead of its counterpart "oil" in the "langue" ("language") of citified, northern, Parisian-centered lands.A Mosse trilogy inspires me to look for both sides to life's many instances, to read more and to write better.

I can't wait to read the books!They came in quickly and I'm excited to start reading them.

Kate Mosse excels at bringing the reader into the story and connecting with the characters and learning history at the same time. Wonderful rewad.

This is one of the best trilogies I've ever read. Loved the character Audric.....did not want to see the series end.

Ordered these for my missus and was expecting to recieve a trilogy of books about the antics of a 40 something screw-up written by the incredibly famous supermodel Ms Kate Moss, however on opening the package I was pleasantly suprised to see theses aren't slushy rom-com type novels, but something a little deeper (hopefully anyway!).Will update when the misses has provided feedback,as I have no intention or reading these and will be sticking to reading about Jack Reacher punching people in the face.

I haven’t read these yet, but I love Kate Mosse and especially her trilogy’s. As a bundle they are great value compared to buying separately.

Loved these books

Read this for a second time after 30 years. Still a great great book - similar to The Eight.Just sad that the binding quality is so poor and the pages kept falling out.
