I grew up with orzo pasta and am delighted to find this high quality super tasting GLUTEN FREE!You won't be disappointed.

Delicious! Made a shrimp/orzo entree using this and it was amazing.

This is an excellent gluten free pasta for soups.

You can barely tell this stuff is GF. It does make the soup creamier due to it being Rice pasta, but in some ways it adds a nice texture to the broth and makes it more like chunky style (which I like too) than the watery bland non-GF orzos. The price often fluctuates here and I was victim of buy now and lose later, but it was still well worth the $8 more that I paid. The one drawback which is true for any Rice pastas is that it will stick if not stirred more frequently than regular pastas. On multiple occasions I found myself letting the pan soak and scraping burnt pieces of this stuff off the bottom of the pan and it often makes a giant bed meaning that it will not go down a drain without a garbage disposal. Great taste at a great price, just make sure to stir very often.

Excellent flavor and texture for a gluten free version of orzo. I made this for a dinner party and not one person could tell that they were gluten free. Nice and toothsome, and cooks in about the same amount of time as regular orzo pasta.

We love the quality of this GF orzo, but in the case I received today one of the packages was ripped and there was lose orzo all over the inside of the package.

Wow. I had to check 4 times to make sure it was actually gluten free! It became so glutinous I was anxious to even eat it! It cooked so well and creamy- like non-gluten free pasta!

I bought this product a week ago. It arrived in a box that was shipped from the company to Amazon and then that box was inside an Amazon box. The Amazon box was intact but had loose pasta spilled on the inside. The box that contained the 12 packs of pasta looked like it had been kicked many, many times and then exposed to mice which chewed holes in the box. I called Amazon and they sent me a replacement. When the replacement arrived, it again was full of loose pasta noodles. I carefully opened the inner box and found two pasta bags which had holes in them and another which looked like it would break at any moment.Clearly, this pasta's packaging is defective and it's being sold on Amazon as a regular product for full price!! It is a total waste of money. I have bought this product in a store and the packaging is not so fragile that it breaks on the store shelf. This is a lot of money to spend on pasta when at least two packages are dumped out inside the box and are unusable.It should be labeled as defective packaging as sold as a "second." I'm amazed that Amazon just allows this to be resold when obviously the pasta is leaking out of the shipping box. Whoever they have working for them during the holidays just doesn't care about the customer.
