Back wheel/chain locked.
During the very first ride, back wheel/chain locked suddenly. I've even got slightly injured. I looked at the bike and the pedal won't rotate forward and back wheel didn't move at all. I sent a email through Amazon and customer service email directly. They haven't replied yet. Very disappointed, hopefully get it fixed and reimbursed for the injuries.

Dangerous bike
Terrible bike back wheel keeps locking up and makes me crash is very dangerous dont buy this bike if you enjoy your life

poorly manufactured bike
dont buy this bike. all the reviews must be fake. I ordered one and it came severely damaged. I requested another bike and the next one was also severely damaged. this has been a huge ordeal and would never buy one of their products again.

good bike
I am a single dad and I bought this bike for my daughter to ride in my spare time with her. Reviewing the comments I give it 5 stars because it is a well built bike and I have not had any failures, before buying this bike I worried about climbing the hills but this bike has a power like the devil and easily climbs the hills, the only drawback is the buttons, and I think this company can improve that in addition to the weight of the bike but everything else is very good ... greetings to all

Not as sturdy and reliable as stated.
First got lost in the mail. Second one, came damaged. Usable, but damaged. After 3 days, of use, 10miles each, get my first flat. Take quandary look at the wheel and realize that the tire and tube were mounted wrong from factory. The folding capability can be difficult, and awkward, rendering the folding functions near useless.

Great bicycle
It is excellent.Everything in this bike is good.Bike is heavy, because it is made with no compromise.Excellent.But battery is the problem.Can expect only 10-12 miles on full charge.Rest everything is good in this bike.This bike is best for people , who don’t compromise on quality.Good to carry in train, since it’s compact and small in side.Over all great bicycle.

Like it!
The bike arrived with some minor parts bent - just to mention. Nevertheless, later on it became my major means of daily transportation as long as I do not need to go more than a few miles.Update: I have punctured the rear tier, and I'm waiting for Ancheer to provide me with instructions to fix it.

Great purchase
I've had this bike now for 3 weeks. For the price, it is well worth it.
