Got this mainly for the caffeine! I noticed nothing with one pill, next day I took two pills. I don't drink coffee nor have anything with caffeine, so I was hoping for a noticeable difference since I don't have any tolerance. My body weight is 140 lbs, so my max caffeine dosage is 380 mg, so 100 mg is quite a chunk for me to not feel anything and that's two pills. So I'm not too excited to have to take more than two pills to see if maybe I'll start to feel something, because I'm really not too excited at taking up to 7 pills a day.As for energy, focus and cognition, I'm sad to say there's been no difference there, either. I hope this is working out for others, every body is different, I'm just so sad and bummed that it didn't work for me and I have to keep searching elsewhere for an alternative to drinking coffee or energy drinks.

I normally don't take a whole lot of multivitamins in my regime but decided to to give this a try. After about a week of regular intake, I will say that I noticed it does help with my concentration when it comes to my day-to-day activities. Much of my day is very customer facing and it takes up quite a bit of energy. On days I do take it, I find that I am not bogged down from exerted mental energy and can continue on the rest of my day. Experienced NO jitters or anxiety that I would get from an energy drink. Def would buy again!

I was looking for an energy boost for that evening slump that wasn't energy drinks or pure caffeine pills and I have to say I'm VERY impressed! I was skeptical at first but an hour after taking it I felt like I just woke up from a great nap, which is rare for me because I sleep terribly. I usually set my alarm and wake up to take two green tea pills in the morning and then go straight back to sleep with a second alarm 15 minutes later. I was told about these pills and so I decided to give them a try by replacing my normal green tea pills with these. It's been about a week and I love the energy it gives me to get up in the morning. I will continue this process and follow up over time. So far so good though!

I’m not sure why this has bad reviews. I’ve been taking it for months purchased 14 times! I’m upset that it’s unavailable again this happened once before and it’s impossible to find anything that is truly similar. I don’t eat anything from underwater because I can’t stand the smell or taste so I can safely say I dont get fishy burps with this and I didn’t even know that was in this until recently. I am on medications for ADHD and I weigh around 100lbs I don’t drink coffee or anything else but the caffeine does not make me jittery or anything. This doesn’t hurt my stomach and I think my skin looked better while I was taking it. I messaged them on instagram hope to find out when it’ll be back!

It gives a little energy but it must have the worst quality fish oil powder in it because I get way worse fishy burps then even generic brand fish oil capsules. I do not recommend, especially for this price.

Didn’t work for me . They might for people who have 1 cup of coffee per day. For someone who takes a decent amount of caffeine per day this isn’t going to work for you

Never had coffee work like this. Wide awake all day, no crash, no jitter, no buzz, just pure brain function and energy, at 40 years old I'm able to keep up with a 17, 8, and 3 year old.
