I was hesitant to purchase due to the mixed reviews. But it really works to diffuse drops from spray and eventually make them go away. Night and day from trying spit, rain-x, or other liquid lens treatments. From my reading, one has to be careful when cleaning the screen protector: using alcohol or strong stuff is likely to wash the coating away. Best to just use water, maybe a tad of soap, and dry gently.

Lasted all of a month...wasn't that impressed.

I've been using this for a week now and what a difference! Whenever I'm at the beach I use my gopro and I constantly have the lick the screen to clear up any water droplets that cause blurry photos and videos. With this I never have to do it again. Not sure how long it holds up but so far so good. Great investment :)

This does not repel the water at all. In fact it attracts the water and keeps a thin film on the lense which is ok until it starts to dry and then it becomes wavy which would distort the picture.

I bought this product to replace a similar one that I got a few months ago- (that was 2x expensive and literally cracked the first use). I am so glad I discovered this small yet effective protection for my gopro hero 7 black. I’m super into water sports but have always been discouraged when I play back footage and it’s blurred by water spots! Not only does this screen protector shield your glass from harm, water droplets roll right off! So stoked on this!

I really like the ease of application and how simple of a solution this is to prevent water spots on your footage. I was devastated when reviewing the recordings from my time in Iceland found almost all of them had been ruined by this problem. Well worth the investment and a must for all future vacations!

Water drops right off the lens so you don’t have to worry about those terrible water marks ruining your shot. Plus extra screen protection? You can’t beat it for the price! Didn’t fit. Too big for my GoPro Hero7 so seal not good at edges. I had to cut around to make it fit, but now obviously it’s patchy!!
