Awesome product. Must buy it. Worth spending money
Recently purchased this product from Amazon after lot of research and reading reviews from other products as well and this turned out to be an awesome product when it comes to chocolate as I'm a pure chocolate lover. You can have this as a hot chocolate or cold coffee or a chocolate milk shake. It just adds a yummy chocolaty taste to your glass of milk. Loved it.

Good and natural hopefully
I think it is naturally pure.....we can trust that it is 100% from cocoa beans from it's aroma and colour.I've seen a piece of paper in it when I tend to transfer it to a container.I feel like it may be due to the less processing and polishing of cocoa than any other brand product.Thats not an issue to me...because I seive the powder before using it for any purpose.I love the product.Edit:I used it in my homemade peanut butter and came so well.Awesome cocoa

Amazing Product
As a Chef who believes in using all natural products and mostly those that are manufactured in India, this is by far the best Cocoa I've come across. The earthy flavour, texture and after taste are amazing and definitely not overpriced just like most brands. I urge people to use it and see the product first hand.

Piano cake
My daughter who is 12 years old has made a piano cake using indiana cocoa powder and it turned out to be amazing especially during the lockdown ,i am sharing the ingredients and the recipe for the users of cocoa powder .Recipe of the cake1. Ingredients10eggs2cups sugar(one cup is about 200GMs)2cups oil1tea spoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon baking soda4 tablespoon Indiana cocoa powderFew drops vanilla essenceKit Kat chocolatesMilk bar chocolatesGemsSkittlesWhite chocochips2cups whipped cream with two table spoon of Indiana cocoa powder.2. Procedure :-Take a bowl ,put the eggs add sugar beat with an egg beater add vanilla essence then add oil and again beat it ,in a seive mix the maida(flour)and baking powder,baking soda,cocoa powder and after seiving mix in increments with the beaten egg,sugar and oil,put this in a mould lined with butter paper ,bake at 180degree for 70minutes and the cake is ready,for the piano bake three such cakes ,join two together and cut the third in equal halves and put it on top of the two cakes joined together to get the basic structure of pianoTo design the cake in shape of piano join two cakes in square shape and on top put a cake cut in equal halfves to look like piano and put the icing cream on it with a spatula ,then to make the keys put white milk bar ,and KitKat and for decoration put Jems,skittles with chocochips and put happy birthday candles

Flavor is a bit dull
Bought it to make hot chocolate.. we used to order hintz cocoa powder (which is way costly) which is unavailable so tried this one.. compared to hints the flavor is more metallic and non-natural (we make cocoa powder at home from our farm, but cant use it for hot chocolate because of coarse granules ). Otherwise OK powder. Not buying again

Reasonable price and good quality
The Cocoa powder is of good quality.Has a good flavor and a dark chocolate color. I have been using it for over a year in cakes, chocolates and others.Will be buying it again in future.

Chocolate Ramekins

Chocolate Ramekins:Ingredients* 1/4 cup granulated sugar* 1/4 cup all-purpose flour* 2 (heaping) tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder* 1/4 teaspoon baking powder* 1/8 teaspoon baking soda* pinch of salt* 1 large egg* 2 tablespoons milk* 1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons vegetable oil* 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence* 1 tablespoon warm coffee (or water)Instructions1. First, grease 2 6-ounce ramekins very well with oil and set them aside.2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.3. In a small bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and pinch of salt. Set aside.4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg yolk, milk, oil, vanilla, and coffee (or water).5. Add the dry ingredients in two batches to the wet ingredients, and stir gently to combine.6. Divide the mixture between the two ramekins.7. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.8. Eat with a honey coating or with ice cream.
