I’m not thrilled about the price of this product or that the choice of material used for packaging. I look the occasional sale and just stock up when/if I find one. Other than that, I really do enjoy these packets! I got these to use as a snack after work/gym and classes! It’s probably the most convenient snack I’ve found, I can eat them while driving or even in the middle of class. No mess and minimal noise when kneading the nut butters. My brother is actually a trucker and I gave him a few and loved them as well. I like this in particular bc it’s a nut butter and some sort of jam/jelly. Sometimes just a nut butter is hard for me to get down on its own, the sweetness is a great balance. Essentially PB&J without the bread! Would love if I could find these in a store rather than just Amazon, but I’m sure with time that could/would happen naturally.

holy moly, this is my favorite flavor of Split so far.the sour cherry + cashew combo is amazing. cherry pie in your mouth.I'm glad split exists because it's real, natural food with minimal ingredients that's still tasty and portable. I eat these 1-5hr into rides and always great. I typically do just sugar, but the protein + fat from the nut butter does add some substance and doesn't make you sick of them (like shotblocks or gu).bravo, split, for outdoing yourselves with this flavor.

Normally we love splits and this flavor is our favorite, but this last box we ordered had dried/crystallized jam all over the top inside. This prevented being able to squeeze out the product easily and changed the taste entirely.

This was delicious! I x-ed out the spreadable place to comment, because I didn’t spread this on anything!I knead both sides, bend in the middle, cut the tops off both sides, then squeeze so both the sour cherry and cashew butter go into my mouth at the same time!I don’t want to corrupt the Split by putting on bread or crackers! I will buy again!

The Sour Cherry/Cashew flavor is my favorite SPLIT packet. I’m not a sweets person, so wish the Cherry were not so super sweet, but it could be my own palette. Wish it were a bit more tart.The cashew butter is the easiest flavor to squeeze out of the packet on the go! Fingers crossed for more Cashew Butter flavors to come.

The sour cherry jam has hard, crystalized chuncks in it. Presumably crystalized sugars? The cashew butter side is disgustingly stale. I have eaten these in the past for backpacking trips and they were adequate (but not great). I ordered a new pack for another backcountry adventure just to add some variety to the food choices and was very disappointed with what arrived. I was going to return (or ask for a fresher box), but they are not returnable from the seller. These had purportedly not yet expired, yet they were disgusting. Don't order. There are better substitutes that are more reliably edible.

Tried these again after having the issue with expired packs. These have the same issue with the sour cherry side crystalized, but the expiration date on them is 11/08/22. Guess I will just stay away from these since this is the second round of this and it may seem like a little issue but I use these on road bike rides and chewing on the crystals has no appeal.Update: have to change the review to 1 star since I just tried to return / replace these but the Amazon website does not give me that option, “this is not returnable” and give me no option to even replace. STAY AWAY or buy them elsewhereFurther Update: Got in touch with Split directly and they were fantastic. Apparently they do not offer the Cashew / Sour Cherry anymore and they more than took care of it for me. This company is great and is a stand out these days. I will just move on to other flavors and can very much recommend the product and even more so the company. Even if you have a concern or question they will take care of it, and that’s on top of a great product.

These are great for a quick pick me up between meals. Sometimes I don't want a heavy breakfast or don't have time for one before work. I grab something light and then before lunch time, I need a little something and this is perfect for me. It can be a little sweet for me at times but overall it's really good.
