Nice Thickening Agent
I made a recipe (Oxtails) in my slow-cooker which finished by adding Guar Gum to the broth / tomato cooking liquid to thicken it in order to turn it into a gravy. This worked wonderfully.

Works great for firm ice cream
I use this for making ice cream with a lot of structural integrity. It makes it much better for ice cream cones and ice cream sandwiches. There's tons of other uses for guar gum too. I can certainly tell you that it does the trick for me.

But my youngest Son did try it in his Ice coffee. It must DEFINITELY THICKENS. Gonna use this in my next homemade stew I make, instead of cornstarch

Bought as an egg replacement
I live with people that have issues with eggs and I have been struggling to find ways to replace the fluffy egg effect. Ureka i have found it! This stuff is magic it helps cakes and breads get their fluff back. It honestly as powder does not have the best smell, but you can’t taste it in the end result. I’d definitely recommend it for this. For vegans and egg intolerant people

works great. quick and predictable results. no real taste. this is perfect if you mixed a protein drink that was a little too diluted. rather than adding more food (and more calories) you can instead add this thickener. it changes the texture of the food, but it is worth it to regain control of the mixture. a little of this goes a long way.

Thickens nicely for cold products
I bought this for my ninja creami ice creams and have found it thickens my homemade ranch dressing nicely as well. You don’t need but a tsp but I Will buy again it’s a natural thickener for cold products. If you want something for baking or hot recipes use xanthan gum
