Engineering masterpiece
Okay so first of all let me just say that I own almost every mouse and this is hands down the best build and best performing mouse in the collection. At 49 grams it’s unreal, I can even notice the difference between the Model O- and G wolves - Hati. The M1 and M2 are one of a kind aswell. Such a purely alpha mouse. I never review products because I feel that everybody is different. But the Finalmouse Ultra Light 2 is truly a work of engineering art and a marvel to anybody. Complete and utter shame they stopped making these mice: greatest of all time. End note: Skates are perfect, size perfect, weight perfect, ascetically beautiful. An absolute pleasure to game with. Will buy the next drop regardless of what it is because of this singular device. Shoot for the stars. - milkymodi

Worth all the HYPE
I first heard about this mouse when they first announced it. I knew a lot of people were big fans of its’ predecessor finalmouse which was the Ninja Air 58. This mouse is lightweight (47g) and it definitely feels like it. I play Fortnite “competitively” and the game is very fast paced considering the building on top of gun fights. If you do use this mouse this mouse is more for “fingertip” players as oppose to “palm” players. This mouse gets a high recommendation from me. The mouse 1 and 2 clicks are great as well as the side thumb buttons. Very crisp and clean and responsive. Mouse wheel also feels good. Everything here is really top quality.

This Mouse Meets the Hype
I used ZA12 and GPRO Wireless before using this mouse. It was too small at first. But I played with infinity skins until I found perfect combination and now my hand feels so good on it. The sensor... I don't know what it is but it seems that the sensor is more crispy than GPRO. It really is the best mouse I have ever used. And it is so light it is like aiming with just your hand. Infinity skins or not.

Is The UL2 Capetown still worth it?
As an avid CSGO player, I've gone through many mice. Both wired and wireless. (Deathadder Chroma, G403 Prodigy, Zowie Ec2/Ec2a, Basilisk, Logitech G Pro Wireless, Logitech Superlight, Viper mini, Viper Ultimate, alot more) Now to answer the question. (THIS MOUSE IS VERY SMALL, IF YOUR HAND FEELS TIGHT WITH A MEDIUM PLASTIC GLOVE, OR YOUR HAND CAN FIT IN A LARGE PLASTIC GLOVE, THEN DON'T BUY THIS MOUSE, THIS MOUSE IS EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE FOR LARGE HANDS) The Ultralight 2 Cape Town is a great gaming mouse, it offers a weight of 47 grams without the wire (paracorded), and has a very stable 500hz polling rate. (You can change the polling rate with a software called DM1 ProS, but keep in mind changing settings on the mouse may void warranty) The Pixart PWM3360 is an amazing sensor. And the stock mouse feet are better than most brands, but I would recommend replacing them with aftermarket feet. The cable isn't as bad as Logitech's or Razer's but I would still recommend to paracord it, and my mouse cable looked worn out when I unboxed it for the first time. The structure of the mouse feels a little frail, but considering all the holes, it makes sense why it doesn't feel as sturdy. The buttons/switches are nice and responsive, but if you want a more luxurious feel or sound, you can opt to change those out as well, through aftermarket parts. The scroll wheel feels alright, but mine came a little greyed out. The INFINITY SKINS are ok, I would've wanted them without the hole indents, maybe lines for a bit more grip, but the skins make the mouse look bad, and add another 5-10 grams or so. I do not recommend using the Infinity Skins. Is it a worth buy? If you want a super ultra light wired mouse, with a big name to back it up? Yes If you just want a fairly light, or really light mouse, then No, there are other mice like that, Razer Viper mini, or Glorious Model O Minus. If you solely want this mouse for the purpose of owning a Final Mouse? Sure Ulitmately though, I would suggest buying one used from reddit or local. But if you want a product new, and since it isn't being made anymore, then yes buy from Amazon.

Best Mouse I've ever touched having used 30+ mice
The Buttons feel amazing , the shape is small and light as can be , the cord is a little stiff not to bad though , sensor seems really good This will likely be my main mouse for as long as it works. Matt

I wish I would’ve got it during the release
I will say that the mouse was definitely overpriced for the fact that there isn’t much to this mouse but I will say I will be getting my money’s cuz this mouse is pretty nice so far it glides so well I feel like the mouse catches everything I do accurately plus it’s super lightweight. Also I will say this mouse is really for ppl with small hands or ppl who like claw or finger tip grip but if u palm grip and ur hands are to big you will hate this mouse. Now for the infinity skins I personally think that if I was able to put one the of the back skins on this mouse would be perfect and there are ways to do it but I’m lazy but skins do have reliable grip for the mouse incase you have sweaty hands.

Overrated.
Its really overreacted mouse, sure its lightweight has some nice gimmick, but really just a basic mouse with no customization what so ever at its core. I believe the execution could've been better.

Only get it if money isn't an issue
TLDR: Its a decent mouse but with some flaws that should've easily been solved by Finalmouse. Pros: - Extemely light at 47g (50g with cable) - Decent stock feet that glide smooth and seamless - Very crisp and satisfying clicks. It honestly sounds so good that I occasionally click randomly just for the sound of it - Looks extremely gorgeous and premium - Overall shell feels high quality Cons: - Terrible quality control. This will be my third UL2 because both of my previous orders have had the infamous scroll wheel issue. In my case, both made a noticeable "click" whenever you would scroll up. It never happens when you scroll down. If you look up the issue on reddit or YouTube, many people have this issue. You will have to pray that it won't happen to you - No software? Like really? You only get 4 DPI settings (400, 800, 1600, 3200) so good luck if you used custom DPI before. You can't change any of the side or middle buttons, which is uncalled for at this price. They are a company that solely specializes in premium mice but don't have a software. - Infinity skins are trash. Sure they feel comfortable, but if you ever remove them (even after just a day) the stickers will leave sticky adhesive "goo" (not wet or liquid, just sticky) on the mouse that is hard to remove unless you use alcohol or deep clean it. What's also hilarious is that they don't fit 100% on the mouse. The arch for the infinity skin that touches your bottom palm is not perfectly cut to wrap around the mouse and will trigger those with OCD. There will be little pocket holes unless you magically smooth it out for hours. - Price. Man, you would expect the mouse to be almost perfect at 120 dollars (now being sold at 160-180), but it just feels like every mouse you get will be a gamble All in all, despite its flaws, I still like the mouse. Though it is objectively overpriced, it is still the lightest mice on the market that feels premium, if you don't use infinity skins and get lucky with a good scroll wheel. That being said, I would recommend others to not get this mouse and to rather get other small mice (like the popular and common alternative, Glorious Model O- or Razer Viper Mini) for the best price to performance ratio. It's just way too expensive, no software (unless you want to risk using DM1 Pro S software, since it uses the same chip lol), terrible quality control for the scroll wheel, and you are also paying also for branding. Edit: lol my 4th ultralight also has scroll wheel issues, but now it squeaks (probably can be fixed with lube) instead of a click sound I had on the previous 3 UL2 mouses
