All 4 wheel nuts on a recently purchased car were so tight even an a long breaker bar would not budge them. I purchased this, it did not budge all of them. I went to a mechanic who had a PLUG in 240v gun and that budged all of the remaining nuts. So, the purpose i actually bought it for was a failure BUT i find it very useful for doing other jobs which a socket and ratchet drive would be much slower at. A job it does very well is lowering or retracting the stabiliser legs on my caravan. Now that the nuts are all freed up on the car, i use this to undue them now. Of course i use a torque wrench to tighten them.Would i buy one again? I think not, i had bought an adaptor for my cordless electric drill, which allows me to use sockets and in fact that was what i was using on the caravan legs originally.I found the battery on this to last very well. It has never 'died' on me yet. IF i actually needed one full time i would be happy to buy one of these.In all honesty, if you buy the adaptor for your cordless drill you can do pretty much what this does, but your drill will definitely not undo wheel nuts.If you have a use for one, i would consider a mains model with a lot more ooooomfffffff? I make use of this now because i have it, the cordless drill is capable of doing almost everything this does.....Long winded review, but that is better than me saying 'good' which tells people nothing!

Bought this to get stubborn bolts off to take my engine apart. Oh my god! One bolt a had a breaker bar on and despite swinging on it, the bolt started to round off. This impact wrench got it off first time in about 2 seconds. It's a real beast. For this price it's perfect for what i wanted. Glad i didn't pay double for a dewalt or Makita one. Get yourself some good quality sockets, like Sealey set for 24 pounds and you'll never have a stuck bolt again.

Very pleased with the product, it manages everything I want to do with it. It’s a shame it didn’t come with a second battery.

The media could not be loaded.  I honestly don't really know how this item has 14 positive reviews and 5 stars... I purchased this item based on its reviews and it happens to be totally the opposite to it when I used it to remove a wheel nut that was previously tighten by hand. The image of 14 people showing the same force compared with the item has got nothing to do with it. I was totally disappointed as I was so looking forward to carry out some fixing on my car. I also had to pay for the return postage despite the item being not suitable for its use. My advice to the other buyers is to buy at your own risk and make sure to buy a proper one ( brand wise ) I left a video showing while I was trying to remove the wheel nut.
