Probably a Bad Printing Batch
Disappointed with this product. The pizza delivery image looks as if there was a printing error and is very dark green, this makes it difficult to target at longer distances. The valley girl is a bit better, but still much darker than advertised. The printing error must have affected the splatter effect, because when you hit the target there isn't any, which was kind of disappointing.

For a little light-hearted Zombie fighting
These are fun targets. Pricier than plain printed paper ones, but much easier to read at any distance. These are what are called "Splatter" targets - if I can add a picture to this you will see why. Basically, in a plain paper target all you get is a hole in the paper, which can be hard to see from any distance. With a "splatter" target, the target image paint is designed to crack away as the paper punctures - so you see the underlying paper exposed in a circle around the bullet hole - the exposed paper circle is several times the size of the bullet hole. Result: you can spot the bullet placement much more easily. The targets are almost a cardboard material - seems like it has a plastic coating on both sides. Result is a pretty stiff target, which makes it easier to mount and less prone to wind shift - all good. For some reason, I expected a Zombie target to show fluorescent RED or something like that at the punctures - but these just show white. That works AOK on the Zombie (and her dog, phone, etc), but not so well on the background - which is also white. So my first shot was high and to the left and I had to walk up a ways to see it (since the "splatter" of white is the same color as the background). On the Zombie, the punctures are easy to spot.If you are really trying to improve your shooting skills, perhaps these offer some silhouette practice - but they are pretty obviously more for the amusement factor than anything else - and they succeed well at that!

A little dark, and buy from Amazon direct.
The gnome targets are, unfortunately, very dark. I'm sure we'll be able to see where we hit very well, just not what we hit. Also, our particular seller, Power UP Marine, used a non-padded, floppy envelope instead of a box or a padded one. Splatter-style targets do not do well when hit sharply or bent, and all 8 targets had paint loss, resulting in areas of bright white in the illustrations.

Just fun
These are just fun. As a mater of fact, they are sp much fun that the guy 2 lanes down at the range could not resist but to shot my target. Initially I fired 3 rounds from my 350 at 25 yards, but when I retrieved my target it had 13 holes in it. Who knew. Ues I have bought again.

*NOT* a pack of 100
This posting is incorrect. Only 1 Target was sent out, not a pack of 100.While this initially looked like an incredible deal, it’s actually quite a rip-off and is very misleading. I’d avoid this one, as there are much better and more affordable options here on Amazon.

Love these splatter targets
I used these for zombie shoots at an archery club and like them because it is easy to see where the arrow hit after you remove the arrow. The make nice posters to hang in your room after your are finished to show off your skill, or lack of it.....Targets are on heavy duty paper or paperboard? The colors are great and it holds up even to some outdoor use in the rain.

A cool target, no splatter effect with arrows....
Cool looking targets. I was hoping that it was 8 different zombie pictures but it's just the zombie bimbo, 8 times over. I'm cool with that, and will order others for the variety. These will be used for hand gun, long gun and archery (with a foam backing), so I'll post the pics as we use them. Update#1: We put one up for the wife to shoot with her bow. We all took turns and filled it up with holes. We got NO splatter effect at all with the arrows using a 50lb recurve bow and 125gr target tips. No pics needed for that. So far still just a cool looking target secured to the foam archery target with a staple gun.

Fun to use!
I love these Birchwood Casey "Darkotic" series targets. I also have the ones with the girl and the little chihuahua-looking dog. I'm not sure how much they splatter, really. Up relatively close, they work well, but if you're using open sights, you won't be able to see any splatter at a distance. Also, if you're using an air rifle, make sure it has some decent FPS, or there won't be any noticeable "splatter". I would say like 400-450fps and up, minimum. No slower rifles like Red Ryders, because from experience, they just may not work. But nice targets overall! Get them if you're into the whole zombie thing!

reactive poster
We use these during our 'bread and butter' shooting with the air rifle to perk things up a bit. We have found them to make the practice shooting fun, they come in all sorts of different designs and we've tried a few.

More fun
A bit more fun than your standard target and it is easy to see where you have hit. These are especially good if you are expecting the zombie apocalypse soon so you get used to shooting them
