This is the best crawfish seasoning you can get for the spice and flavor. Being that I’m free up in south louisiana; this is what everyone uses. Two bags of this is enough to boil atleast 3 sacks of crawfish. About 90lbs

I use this seasoning on just about all savory dishes and as a dry rub, it provides both salt and spice! the smaller bag size is allowing me to use it up before it loses the heat. the color and heat get lost after bags stay open for a while. I used to import my seasoning directly from NOLA, this is as good as I can find in New Orleans restaurants! Cons: some batches are hotter than others...

Was very good. Definitely would recommend adding the liquid concentrate to add more depth of flavour.
