A company that supports you and their product
We put the lights up in my daughters room. The lights were sturdy, self-sticking and bright. She loved them except the colors seemed to be slightly different shades with the multiple strips we ordered at the same time. I worked with XinHeTian through several email communications. XinHeTian Provided several troubleshooting remedies for us to try. We still couldn’t get them to all be the same shade of the colors. XinHeTian Offered to send new lights. Due to shut downs because of Covid-19 we may have to wait a little longer for the shipment to arrive I appreciate all that XinHeTian did to be sure we were satisfied with our purchase. I was not stressed out at all as we worked together to resolve the issue. XinHeTian Was quick to respond to my communications and was very polite and easy to work with. I would recommend and order from this company again.

short life span
I bought these for my daughter, because, tictok lights!! OMGoodness! Anyway, I bought in January for a Valentine's gift. Due to my planning, when they stopped working 3 weeks after being installed, I was outside my return window. Bought a different brand for my son in December and they are still working fine. I would look around a bit and check reviews before setting your kiddo up with their own TicTok lights!!

I’m obsessed with these lights!
The media could not be loaded. It’s bright and love the music system! Easy to stick on and there’s some support to add on which helps!

Chase Effect doesn’t work
The lights work wonderfully, but sometimes they switch colors out of nowhere. The box also clearly states it has a chase effect, but the remote doesn’t show an option for that. Overall it’s a great product but the chase effect option isn’t shown, while it’s on the box.

They won’t hold themselves up, buy some gorilla tape
These lights are great, I Bought them for a gift for my son and he loves them. But the adhesive on the back of them is not strong enough to hold the weight of the tape lights themselves

Works well.
Nice product and works well. The adhesive is not as strong as I hoped. It's already starting to fall off. But overall a nice product.

Possible fire hazard.
I am in the process of sending this item back for a refund. My daughter plugged it up and it immediately started sparking and got really hot. Possible fire hazard.
