I'm a really disorganized person with a ton of crap, so I've bought a bazillion bins over the years — whatever shape, size, and material you can think of, I have at least one. But these mesh baskets are by far my favorite. If I'd found these before any of the others, I probably wouldn't have bought most of those. After all, the whole reason I have so many different bins and baskets is because I'd never found any I was 100% happy with (square canvas bins are inexpensive, but I can't use them in the fridge or see what's in them, and once they get dusty I have to throw them away since the sides and bottoms are just covered cardboard; plastic mesh baskets are nice at first, but they always seem to become brittle and crack, split, or chip; the clear bins are nice, but expensive, and I don't want to see the ugly practical stuff I have wrangled into them quite THAT clearly when they're on open shelving, etc.), so I kept trying to find that one perfect style that would work everywhere. These are the kind of bins that as soon as you decide what to do with the one(s) you bought, you're going to come across something else and think, "Oh, man, that basket would have been perfect for THIS!" and you'll come running back to get more. I bought one to start with, from an older listing back in 2015 that only had a single bin, not multiple sizes to choose from, and I totally freaked out when I went to get another in 2017 and got the dreaded "Currently unavailable. We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock" result on the product page. NOOOOOOOO!!! Fortunately, after frantic searching, I was able to find it in this listing, consolidated with a bunch of other sizes. Whew! What I love best about this style of basket is that I can see through them enough to know what's in them on a shelf, but the wire mesh keeps them looking sleek enough from the outside that the inner contents don't scream "UGLY CRAP!" And now here I am, back again looking to buy another, which reminded me I never did write a review. Should I try a different size this time? Maybe ALL the sizes? Decisions, decisions....

I love these bins. They are so versatile, and they blend with any decor. I have them in my living room and in my office. In addition to storing DVDs and CDs, they can declutter a bookcase by acting as a middle separator between books while holding smaller books at the same time, cutting down on the clutter of jamming the bookcase with books. They are great desk organizers for staplers, notepads, other large items cluttering the desk. They neatly store pet bah items. I have purchased several and are using them through out the house. I have not used them in the closet yet, but I plan to purchase more in the future. I love them; they also come in smaller sizes.

I send greeting cards (especially birthday cards) frequently. I was looking for something to store the cards in on an open desk. This works great! If you turn the bin sideways (long side facing out), you can store two rows of regular and medium sized cards in it! If you have very large cards, you could always stand them behind the two rows. This way I can easily flip through the cards and pick out the right one for each person and occasion!

I love these types of baskets, they are good quality, look nice and are a great alternative to plastic (which I try to avoid). I have different sizes in my home, and these ones are the perfect size to organize my pantry. The problem, though, is that I didn't see anything that mentioned there would be magnets on one side of all of this size of bin! I ordered 9, and had them lined up in 2 rows. Which meant that every time I went to pull out just one bin, the WHOLE row would come out, because the magnets would stick them together! Very frustrating. I tried flipping every other one, so the magnets would hopefully have a "negative" affect on each other, but they still stuck together. I tried to pull off just the little magnets, but they were attached very well and wouldn't come off. I ended up using pliers to pull off the entire round metal plate that held the magnets on. Unfortunately, they also used a very strong welding type of glue, so it broke some of the mesh wires where they had been glued, leaving small holes here and there, or broken and bent wires. Thankfully those areas are small, but each one has 4 of them, so I will look for something to cover those areas, to make them look nicer (like something similar to the flat metal circles on the other side of the bins, which is what the magnets attached to). So...bottom line, these are nice looking baskets, but beware of the magnets on this particular size.

GOOD VALUE FOR DECORATING.

This is a quality product, perfect for housing 20 DVDs. While a bit pricey, the bins look good on the shelf and are sturdy enough to stand on either the width or length side.
