I love my new tea chest!There are similar boxes that include tea, but if you are a tea lover like I am, you will not need these extras to fill the container. My box arrived quickly and is absolutely beautiful on my kitchen counter. The box is sturdy and well assembled. It has quality hinges that are correctly installed. Also, the glass top is a great addition. I love seeing the flavor before opening the box. Overall, the quality of the box is great and should hold up well.Surprisingly, it holds several boxes of individually wrapped tea bags. I have standard and larger tea bags vertically in the box and did not have any problem closing the lid. The smaller bags allow you to place one horizontally on top for an easier view of the labels.

Bought this tea chest and was not sure it would be any good since it was so cheap. Suprise for the money it is an excellent buy. Six large pockets for tea, a nice finish and a glass window to see what is available without opening cover. I think for the money this is an excellent buy.

I looked at several tea bag organizers and bought this one for two reasons: The first is the finish. Most of the available option are natural finished bamboo, which is fine, but I like the dark cherry-wood-like finish on this item much better. The second is that I saw the dividers are removable, and that is perfect since I use three types of tea and one of them comes in much longer- and narrower-than-normal tea bags. I removed the long divider so the box now has 3 divided sections instead of 6. The long narrow tea bags can lay down in one section, and the other two sections can hold the regular sized tea bag packages standing up.Material-wise, the box is relatively cheaply made. The box is made of some type of fiberboard. The sides are veneered inside and out, but the lid frame and the thin bottom are just fiberboard. It's strong enough for it's purpose, but it won't withstand any abuse, and that includes getting wet for more than a few seconds. There is a label on my box that says it was manufactured by Ningbo Bestlite Electric Company, Limited on July 15, 2020, more than 4 years before I purchased it in October 2024.The packing of the box could use some work. When I received the package, the outside of the box didn't look good. When I opened it up, I saw that all of the styrofoam packing material inside the box was really broken up because it didn't fit tightly inside the box. Luckily, there is only a tiny amount of damage in the bottom back corner that will never be noticeable, but I saw that other reviewers weren't so lucky.

I bought this as a wedding gift off of a friends registry and she loved it! It is simple yet classy and states what it is. She loves to have tea from all over the world and is not in to K-Cups so she prefers submerging her tea in a tea cup and enjoying the experience overall. This item fits well in to her home, lifestyle, and likes. Very affordable way to display her International taste buds and present to her friends and family when she is the hostess.

Love, love this box. It's very cute and perfect for when guests come over. Only thing is, some tea bags are kinda big and the lid doesn't close all the way. I don't really mind that though. It makes it easier also not to take out all my variety teas out. I have them all in this tea box. Highly recommended.

When I received it, the packaging was in perfect condition. But the tea box was not. The one hinge was completely stripped (screws wouldn't stay in) and the wood was badly cracked. It also had a small crack at the other hinge. I hadn't read any reviews before ordering, but found out others had this problem too. And I will verify, if you want to be able to pack it full with the tea bags standing up, the lid will not shut. If it's not so full and they lay back it's not a problem. The dividers were removable. The glass on the lid slid around a little, but not that I feared it would fall out. Loved the looks of it but some one needs to take better care of their products or make better quality.

My wife and I entertain a bit and were looking for a way to make out tea service a bit nicer looking. Bringing a basket of miscellaneous teas to the table just wasn't cutting it, so we looked for a nice tea chest. This one is small, but holds a lot of tea bags. It looks nice on a counter where guest are getting their own tea buffet style and it is small enough to be easily passed around a dining table.

We first received a box with a dent in the top and broken wood at the hinges. But we put in a request for a new on and Amazon sent a new one in less than two days as well as had UPS come pick up the old one and put a shipping label on it. It was so simple that I was astonished.Great box, well crafted, a little smaller than expected. A few of the tea bags packs have trouble fitting with the lid closed but it would work for what we wanted.

This is a nice tea chest. Nice quality.

Great looking box. Nicely fits my tea packaged in foil wrappers.The wood is beautiful. The top is not glass-it is plastic but it is a clean look.Would buy another for a friend.

Looks similar to photos, however the compartments are too small for tea bags, and the box cannot shut all the way. It was also delivered looking pretty scratched up, and the edges of the box had splinters, as if it had not been sanded/finished properly.
