Works great! It wasn't easy to connect the camera to the wifi but worked fine once i figure it out. The video quality is not the best but its great for this price range. I bought this as my pets are at home by themselves when im at work and im just so glad i can see them at work and even talk to them with the microphone function! the updated video is the one i recorded through the app. No connection issue, and the video and voice is clear. Great purchase overall!

I use it to check on my dog through out the day and it works great. Difficult to set up at first but once it's up it's great. Speaking through it is kind of weird as it picks up your voice and plays through the phone as well. Speaker is easily drowned out by TV noise. Comes with a mount to mount it to a wall which is great. I would purchase again.

Set up is easy, just make sure your SD card is installed or you run the risk of it not being accessible, aside from that installing the device was easy. Also you can rotate the view through your phone and communicate through the camera. The only drawback is the volume of the speakers is somewhat limited, but for the price, it exceeds my expectation.

This is not due to poor camera functionality. The camera itself is great. The app itself is fairly easy to use and set up. The problem is with saving any data (video footage) permanently. The videos are encrypted to only be viewable using their app and the only way you can save data is to purchase cloud space on the app. It won’t allow downloading of saved video to your phone or computer. You cannot even copy files directly from the installed micro storage chip as it reads blank if not viewing through the necessary HapSee application. Again, no option to store files on your phone or camera. If you stop paying the monthly cloud storage fee your saved files are permanently deleted.

Easy to set up. Easy to get app and connect your phone. Easy to use from work and it just takes a moment to come alive and there's my dog! Speaker isn't the best-kind of like Charlie Brown's teacher but I also haven't done any problem solving so it could work better than I know. I don't want to freak out my dog if I'm still gone for many more hours.

The camera would not connect to WiFi after following the instructions explicitly for several tries. I own seven other WiFi cameras from various vendors, everyone of which I was able to set up successfully by following the manufactures instructions without my having any camera specific technical knowledge.

Amazing little cameras!!! Bought 2 of them to check in on my elderly mother!!! Can't say nothing bad about these cameras for the price!!!

Works perfectly for what I need. I can watch from anywhere on my phone using the app. Setting it up was pretty easy. Like that I can talk through the microphone if need be.
