Nice, reasonably priced, but quirky
Update 1/16/2020The more we use this faucet the more annoying it gets. The sensor only detects your hands if you place them litterally right up against the spout were the water come out. Any lower, like where it would be natural to place your hands, it constantly shuts off. There is no off delay whatsoever, so the slightest movement of hands while you're washing causes it to shut off, leaving you constantly trying to re-position to get it back on for a few seconds before same thing happens again. The sensitivity rang from faucet outward seems just fine, but the vertical range is where the problem is. You generally want your hands lower, slightly down from the faucet. We have to hold them so closet that water splashes everywhere because you have to practically touch the spout for it to turn on. The focus of the sensor needs to be lower, or cover a broader vertical area. Changing rating from 4 starts to 2 for this reason. We may start looking for something else...Original review. This is a very nice looking faucet and very happy I could get it in brushed nickel to match our other fixtures. The reason I ended up getting this was for the bathroom in a home-based business. I was originally going to just install a temperature mixing valve on the existing faucet to prevent the possibility of customers getting burned. Turned out to be more difficult than I thought because the builder installed angle stops with the lines permanently attached. This faucet came with a mixing valve that connects to the 1/2" IPS lines we have and it made installation super easy. Now we have a touchless faucet and mixing valve so win win.Everything appears to be good quality and have had no leaks. They could have made the water line from control to faucet a bit longer to make placement a little easier but still wasn't too difficult. My two complaints are that 1) the vertical sensing area is too narrow; you have to hold your hands up, un-natually high, (almost right at the spout), for it to turn on. If you place them at a more normal height between the spout and sink it will turn off. Sensing front to back range is perfect, it just needs to detect hands a little further down as well. And 2) the aerator that comes with the faucet has a ridiculously high flow rate (probably 2.5GPM or more.) That coupled with #1 above results in water everywhere since you must have your hands right under the spout. I resolved this easily by just changing the aerator to a 1.5GPM. (I also tried a 1.0GPM and it worked fine as well but I went with 1.5 so the hot water draw would be a bit faster while not being too much to cause splashing. )All things considered we're happy. Price was reasonable, nice quality, and looks good.

Nice for guest bathrooms
I bought one of these for my master bath, and I left a fair review, yet that got removed somehow because I guess it was too negative the seller can just remove it or something... but anyway, I did end up buying three more of these for my guest bathrooms. The issue I have with it in the master bathroom, is in there I'm inclined to need water on my razor while shaving, and the sensor just isn't sensitive enough there so I have to put my hand in front of the sensor which is inconvenient. The seller did send me a PDF with how to adjust the sensor (which isn't in the box when it arrives), but to adjust the sensor you literally have to completely uninstall the faucet so I haven't attempted it yet. Will update this later when I get around to doing that.Anyway, for installations where you don't need to shave, and all you care about is getting a drink of water or washing hands, this is great. I have it in my guest bathrooms and guests love it. It looks nice, and works well.As many other reviews have stated, of the four faucets I bought, I had to return two of them and get a fifth and sixth delivered. The reason was after installation there was a leak from the hot/cold water mixture valve on two of them. Originally I thought this was a factory defect, and very well may be.... However, after thinking more about it, I think it might be possible this was due to putting pressure on that during installation. See, the mixture knob sticks out like a handle, and would be very tempting to use it for counter-pressure when tightening the nuts on the hoses, I suspect that may be happening during lots of people's installations and that could be why they're having to send them back for replacements. I can't confirm this though, could just be bad manufacturer defect, but in the end Amazon replaced my broken units for free with next day delivery so it wasn't too big of a deal since I was doing the work myself, but it would have been a nightmare if I was paying a plumber to install because I would not have had spare parts available during his home visit and I'm sure that would require additional charges and scheduling pains for the plumber to come out a separate day.

NIce faucet and easy to install.
This faucet is nice looking and was very easy to install. So far there are no leaks and it is working very nicely. I would have given it five stars except for two small issues I had, as listed in the order of what I consider more important.1. The unit does not come with a sink stopper, so I had to use the existing one. There is no provision in the faucet to connect the stopper rod, so if I need to stop the sink, I have to do it inside the base cabinet. Alternatively, I can install a push pop up stop, which I have not done so far.2. Water flow has to be controlled using the main water valves and water temperature has to be preset. Changing the water temperature has to be done at the mixing valve inside the cabinet.

Hopeful but impressed
I bought 4 of these faucets. They install easy. Longer hoses would make it even easier to install. Of the four purchased two are having to be replaced within 2 weeks. One unit has developed a leak in the mixer valve and the motion sensor completely quit working on the second unit while the same mixer valve on it also started to leak. One replacement has been promptly shipped. Im waiting on the second replacement now. Access to the batteries could be better designed as well. Length of activation is also not adjustable.

On our sink basin, the range is just too short.
The automatic eye sits pretty low on this faucet, and it seems like it points down into the sink at an angle. Unfortunately for us, this means it's detection range stinks. You have to pretty much have your hands RIGHT UNDER the faucet, so when it comes on and blasts your hands with water, it flies all over the top of the sink requiring clean up afterwards. Shame, really - I imagine on other bathroom sinks it would probably work really well - but not for us.
