Nickelodeon Sunny Day Sunny Styling Head

I bought this for my daughter's birthday. I must say I was worried because I read so many reviews of similar products how they have only hair on the top of the had and rest is bald etc . This one is really nicely made. Head full of hair! hairs is soft, and nice bright colours. base is quite stable when brushing. hair comes out a bit, but that happens with any kid of dolls.overall-very happy

This is a hair styling head, which is sure to appeal to young children. With her multi-coloured hair, Sunny looks friendly and more childish than most styling heads I have seen (my niece informs me she is from a TV programme, but I haven’t seen it).The base is quite stable and you can put the accessories inside. You have a brush, crimper (which works on the hair extension), curlers and clips. The hair itself is quite frizzy after a while and tends to come up when brushed. The hair-band does not stay on too well, but, overall, this is a fun toy and my niece enjoyed playing with it. The multi-coloured hair was fun and I like the overall look, but the quality of the hair could be better.

5-year old daughter loves the hairdresser doll. Comes with lots of accessories I.e hair bands, Combs, brushes, crimpers etc. After a few weeks of use, non of the hair has come away from the doll which has impressed us, especially as the younger child has grabbed said hair and used the head for practice for the hammer throw on more than one occasion . Only slight criticism is the hair crimpers need real pressure to make them work, far too much pressure for little hands to produce. Still a daily favourite though, a couple of weeks on from opening.

Bright, colourful item. Safe to use for younger ones (3+) as the accessories aren't too small. Good quality manufacture - the hair isn't being torn out by little ones' gregarious approach to hair care (which is why they have this and don't get to practice on their aunt!).Easy to clean if needed (don't let them get at it with mousse or hairspray, I guess) but quite bulky to store. Engaging fun and good value for money for playtime.

I got this as a birthday present. It's a styling head with accessories. The hair is rainbow streaked and the pink braid can be crimped. There's a special comb for that, and a brush for straighter hair. There are several different hair accessories as well, to jazz up the hairstyles you create, including a variety of clips etc. These can be stored in the front part of the base. The character on which the head is based is apparently a Nickelodeon tv character, so no doubt this toy will be popular with fans of the show. It's a nice toy, for a reasonable price.

The little girl in the house loves Sunny Day and wants to be a hair dresser when she is older so she was the perfect tester for this toy. She loves it, playing with all the different accessories and making endless styles. There are much better quality heads on the market with much better hair. The hair on this is very plasticky and gets tangled easily. She doesn't seem to mind though and a good buy for just over £20.
