All Internet knowledge in one book
The book didn't renew anything major that i didn't already know from reading internet articles about kratom, but it's nice to have it all in one place, and use it as reference. The price of the Kindle book is negligable, so I really don't mind.

Inconclusive Analysis
This is a drug I would stay away from. Based on my understanding what the author is saying, one minute it is good, the next bad, I found it to be confusing at the least. If it is taken it should be under the supervision of a responsible trained professional!

Understanding kratom
This book was easy to read and understand. It explained thoroughly the pros and cons of this herbal supplement. I recommend it to anyone thinking about using kratom.

Just opinion of the author, who has zero credibility.
100% authors personal opinions. Not one reference to any studies done or anything to back anything up with science or verifiable facts in the entire book. Not even a single fact about the author, his field of expertise, any credentials, nothing. I’m returning it asap.
