Item did not work, can they make this right?
Item did not work. Would not turn on or charge. I even went out to buy a new charger just incase. I k very disappointed to say the least. I hope that seller can send me a working unit asap I purchased for an upcoming event on 8/18/19

Stylish and functional
I like the watch, I have gotten many compliments on it. When using the screen I find that it can lag, or be a little slow. I am not convinced the step counter is entirely accurate. I hiked the grand canyon with it on and plenty of battery and it only recorded 3200 steps... that was not at all correct. But for the most part, I just use it to tell time and it works perfectly with that. It also automatically updates when I travel to a different time zone, and I like that.
