Is this game compatible with ps4?

Rumors on the net indicate that Sony may sweep aside game streaming completely and make the ps4 hardware compatible with a select number of titles for ps1 and ps2, in native 1080 resolution. I also don't know for sure if this title is going to be one of them, but rumors suggest it will be. I sure hope so, this game is phenomenal.

hows aboot playin this on a ps3?

The 40GB, 80GB re-release, 160GB, the slim, and the super slim version of the PS3 are not officially backwards compatible with PS2 games because, for undisclosed reasons, all hardware chips from the former console are omitted and there is no software emulation. However, all versions of the PS3 are able to play PS1 games. There are some PS2 games that are unofficially compatible with the PS3; you should be able to find a list of those with a quick internet search.

Is this the black label version (original box) of the game, or the red "Greatest Hits" version?

This game will come either way it's best to ask the seller what they have. I surprisingly got the black label version used through Amazon warehouse deals, although it kind of upset me that it wasn't like new as they described. I don't know if any of the new ones would be black label though, probably not. If you don't want the greatest hits version it's best to contact the seller through their profile to see what they are selling.

Is this the US version?

With amazon it should be the US version unless otherwise stated in the description or in the title of the item.
