Love it. I’m glad I bought this. I used to have bad anxiety. It has calm me and I sleep lot better. I don’t take any medications from doctor. You dont feel anything else. Just no stress or anxiety. Thanks. Gives me more energy in morning as well. It does have lot of effect. Has no taste. I take 2 pills once daily.

Cured anxiety and helped sleep. Sex...no.
I had a cold for a week that set off intense anxiety. It was so strange. I didn't want actual meds - but something natural to help the issue. This worked almost the next night! I also sleep like a baby now and no trips to pee throughout the night. I'm amazed. It took longer for my sex drive to become affected in a positive way. I didn’t think it would work so fast
I didn’t think it would work so fast, I’ve been taking it for 3 days now and I haven’t had any trouble going to sleep. At all like I’m actually relaxed and THATS the key. I used to take Benadryl or Melatonin daily, for years to help me fall asleep. But since starting this supplement (with other vitamins) I can say it doesn’t make me drowsy it’s helping me get my brain into that state to relax, no more racing thoughts, no restlessness, my brain used to be so active it’s just calm before sleep. And in the morning I can get up without feeling groggy, I used to hate waking up because it was so hard. Not anymore and it’s only been a few days my body must have been crying from the inside happily I’m finally taking the right care.

Lowers my cortisol too much dose to high for me!
Lowers my glucose too much drops it under 50 I’m not a diabetic. I take NAD as well so maybe too much impact on my cortisol which lowers my glucose even though no symptoms of hypoglycemia enough to stop it.
