My son took this to school with him to help with being fidgety, and it worked wonders. It helped him focus in class. One of his classmates was having a hard time, so he offered to share it with him. It worked so well that the teacher told the classmate's mom and now he has one too.Super soft and easy to clean.

I have wanted a weighted lap blanket for awhile to use with my students and finally decided to get this one. I am so glad I did. This sloth weighted lap blanket has exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love it! It is the perfect weight for a child and is SO soft and super cute! I will definitely be getting more!

I’m an autistic adult and I set this on my chest or abdomen when I watch tv. More convenient than a whole weighted blanket. Thought it might be too light, but it’s great.

Great weight and product idea. Lower stars because it came with unfinished seams I had to mend both in the stuffed head and lower weighted pouch

Been feeling recently like I needed something with weight to hold at night. I have a weighted blanket but I can either hold it like a toy or lay it on top of me, not both! I want to invest in a more expensive weighted animal but I was afraid to spend the money on it so I got this guy instead. I love him. It’s a great feeling to lay him on my chest or lap. I am now more sure that I’m going to buy the expensive one though because this is so pleasant but it is meant to be a lap pad, not a heavy stuffed animal- though he still works well enough as one! :)

While I do wish it was a little heavier, this is already my favorite thing! It’s soft and the way the weight is distributed so it hugs you is perfect. I’m an adult and putting this on my chest and giving it a little hug is a perfect way to calm my anxiety.

The media could not be loaded.  It does weight 4lb when it arrives. I needed something heavier. I added more beads to every section using a small funnel. I was able to add just over 3lbs. It won't hold anymore beads. I filled the sections to the top.I order more beads off Amazon. I was able to add roughly 1/2cup to the middle section and 1/4cup of beads to the arms, legs and top.
