I have to admit I had my doubts when ordering one of these online but I was pleasantly surprised. Like the other reviews the box it comes in is very flimsy. I did have 2 blades that had slight bends in them but I could straighten them out pretty easily. Other than that its quite sturdy looks good and has sealed bearings for the fan. took about 10 minutes to assemble and I mounted it to 2 4x4x6’s buried in the ground, so its very stable and works perfectly. Its been up for a month now so we will see how it holds up.

Ordered this for my mom for Mother's Day. We love it. It's adorable and sturdy. The chicken on top is 3D-metal construction. The shelf in the middle is great for plants and yard decor and makes the windmill very sturdy. I read A LOT of reviews before I purchased this one. I checked local retailers too. All others were junk except this one! The windmill actually turns, and my dad said there is something over the bearing that keeps it greased and protects it from the elements. Living in ND on the prairie, we get some crazy weather, and this has withstood it all so far. It's about 5' tall. We are very happy with this product. It is reassuring as lately there is a lot of junk out there! My dad didn't say he had any problems assembling this. We were a bit concerned as the box came a bit damaged, but the box was thick cardboard and had adequate packaging to prevent it from arriving damage. If you want a great, decorative windmill that actually works, pay a little bit more and get this one. You won't be disappointed. Also, the box though large was surprisingly lightweight and still this sturdy windmill came in it.

Easy to put together. Well worth the money. When I opened the box and put it together, it felt like I finally got my moneys worth. Great product and I would definitely buy it again. Thanks.

Positives - looks nice. Negatives - box was trashed, had been retaped but still large holes in box, stakes missing, numerous blades bent, 2 legs bent and rooster was welded on crooked. Fairly easy to straighten out but for this price, I shouldn’t have to. I have reservations in regards to the durability but as I have not yet placed in garden, I have to reserve judgement. Overall, I’m a little disappointed but HOPE to be proven wrong. Update 11/27/19. After installing less than 30 days ago, the weld holding the rear tail on broke off. Reached out to manufacturer who refuses to repair or replace. This is not a cheap windmill but is poorly made. We had 25-35 mph winds last night. Be aware if you choose to buy this product. It will not withstand wind

The piece itself is great but arrived in a box that was really beat up. I had to bend one of the wire pieces back to make it fit. It was super easy to assemble

put windmill in yard right away. one month later, the roster broke off. then about 2 weeks later, the shaft that lets the blades turn broke at the weld. the windmill is now useless. very unhappy with the windmill.
