Wanted baking molds to make Florentines, so they would look more like normal round cookies than sunny side up eggs.It took some trial & error, but the last batch worked.Things I learned along the way:The pressers don't always fit and sometimes go down without a scraping sound and beware the edges are sharp-have Band-Aids readyDon't rule out a light greasing for easy removalSoak in a large bowl of soapy water for easier cleanupWash before using, one of the rings oozed out a white globDon't expect all the rings to be perfectly round, a few were askew, but could be gently bent into shapeBought 2 sets and am pretty happy with them, just don't know what I can do with the pressers

I bought these for cakes and various other foods. Most of mine arrived slightly squished and had to be re-rounded with a rolling pin. Even after that, the part to push the food out doesn't really slide through well for most of them. The three times I've used this, I ended up having to use a knife to try and liberate my food items. They eventually came out (and this was with pre-greasing the rings), but had messed up edges. Might work better lining them with plastic wrap AND pre-greasing them using the plastic wrap to help slide items out.

The molds came quickly and were packaged well. I was happy with the cost, because I wasn't sure I would use them very often and didn't want to invest in pricier models. FYI- The plungers were extremely ragged and sharp, so I had to be careful when washing them. The handles on the plungers deformed easily with a light push. The rings weren't quite as sharp, and could probably even be used as cookie cutters. I ended up using the molds for several versions of stacked food towers. The layers slid out nicely and were attractive, though the rings are a bit short for tall food stacks.

Wish they shipped it in a box not an envelope. Most of them were a little bent so I had to squeeze them back to a somewhat ok round shape. There were also a few scratches on a couple of them, but one of them was the worst, looked like someone had already used it, the top had some stuff on it and the bottom inside of the ring was very scratched.

The cake rings were easy to use! Great price! My mini cakes came out perfect!

These we're perfect for our no bake cranberry cheesecake. They are just what we needed. A little flimsy but that is easy to look past with the price and the quantity of them.

I loved using these. They're great for beautiful and unique presentations. The fact that there's 6 of them makes preparation easier then making things one at a time. Best part.... Very easy to clean as well!

Just what I needed to quickly plate several stacked salads for caterings. It's nice that they include tampers, so I don't need to fiddle with a spoon. Much less expensive & cost effective than the thicker food plating rings.
