I had previously purchased face paint sticks to decorate my little girls face for a spooky walk. However the detail wasn't as good as I'd like and I found that you had to use quite a bit of pressure to apply them. This was discovered when washing the paint of later on, that she had red marks around her lips. Upon that discovery, I went ahead and ordered up the craft pro face paint kit. And I couldn't believe the difference in quality and the ease of use. Now granted, kids still move or itch their faces when getting face paint applied. But I was able to put a lot more detail into the face paint than the pens. Ready for her Halloween party, she was delighted....and I even had time to attempt a dragon (from the booklet of step by step instructions included) on the little dude. So much so....I think I have now been drafted into face painting stall at the summer fayre 😄 very delighted kids and daddy. Would definitely purchase again.....although I think it will be a while as not much of the paint was needed to their faces. Honestly that good a product....⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very good for detail face painting, I wouldn’t recommend for all over face or body painting, can be a little patchy and inconsistent. The colours are very vibrant and easy to apply and remove for detail painting, just apply a small amount of water to your brush. Thankfully no staining with these paints! Washed off very easy! One of my brushes has lost a lot of hairs and is still shredding, but it’s very convenient to be supplied with brushes in this set. Would definitely recommend for price, quality and ease.

A great range of colours and an endless amount of mixing options! A few colours take a couple layers to build up full opaqueness, notably yellow, but overall I would say they perform well and dry down completely matte. I’ve used these paints to create the detailed graphic liner makeup look pictured and would definitely recommend this palette as a more affordable substitute for the Mehron Paradise Paints that I regularly use for these types of looks. Also worth noting is that I wore an oil based gloss on the eyelid that would usually instantly cause these types of paints to break down and transfer on to the eyelid (being that they’re water-based), but I noticed these lasted much longer than any water-activated paints I’ve used which is definitely a massive plus! Also I usually don’t expect brushes included with palettes to be “all-that”, even with high-end eyeshadow palettes, but the brushes included with this palette are fantastic and compliment the paints perfectly. Other than a couple of the colours needing a few layers to build up, I would say the only other slight difference between these and the Mehron paints is that these paints tend to dry in the pan a bit quicker and need re-activating with water more regularly, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, it’s just worth noting. Overall this is a fantastic little palette, and I can certainly see pro makeup artists, hobbyists, and the every day person perhaps just wanting to keep the kids entertained, getting a load of use out of this palette. Would definitely recommend!

Good, strong colours, excellent staying power and no itch when dry. Came off easily - slight colour stain from the red tones, but otherwise can’t fault them.

I was gifted these from the company to try.When I first got them I was pleasantly surprised by the packaging, they come in a plastic case and you can remove each individual colour from the box and each colour comes with its own lid which is fantastic!Upon using them I add a small amount of water to my brush and swirl it over the paints, at first not much will happen but with a couple of swirls it turns into a lovely creamy consistency.The colours are beautifully bright and have a good coverage AND I found to be very buildable.The package also comes with some small brushes and stencils.I love the shape of the brushes, they are perfect for fine detailing!The stencils are cute, little face paint style stencils which are stickers so you can stick them to the skin and then put them back on their paper, they are also easy to clean by gently wiping them down.Overall I think this is a great product for beginners or for people who want something a little smaller to add to their kit.100% would recommend!

Nice colours and my daughter enjoyed it but it’s missing the stencils and 2 applicators. The 2 gold and silver glitters are also not as shown on the picture.

As a make up artist and a face/body paint enthusiast I’ve tried several different palettes out and so when I was contacted by CraftPros about these paints I jumped at the opportunity to give them a whirl! These paints work well and the palette includes a great selection of colours. The tools included are handy to have and I like the fact that each shade can be removed individually from the palette with their own lids, meaning that you can take specific colours out for certain jobs rather than taking the whole palette in your kit. I think the colour payoff is great for the price point, the packaging is also fine for the price you’re paying! I’m yet to use the glitters included in the palette and I’m unsure how necessary they are, but I do like how they’re packaged as it prevents glitter going all over the palette. Overall a good little palette that I would recommend to others!

I love to paint my face for halloween. I am always dissapointed with the face paint at the grocery and halloween stores.This face paint is amazing! It gives you saturated, long lasting color. It has a good variety of pigment colors and goes on smooth and easy. I’ve had no issues with the paint cracking.It found it to be a great value because the kit comes with application tools and metallic colors. A little goes a long way. I’ve done several full coverage face paints and have hardly used what is in the kit.This make-up washes off clean with soap and water and doesn’t stain your skin.My only note is that I had trouble getting the red color fully saturated in large areas of skin. That being said, it still looked great. I highly recommend.

I do SFX Makeup and typically use brands like Mehron for face paint. I decided to try out Craft Pros. For the low price, you get a pallet with individual tins of aqua paint. The tins are deep and you get a LOT of product. A little goes a long way. You also get two little tins of glitter, makeup brushes and stencils. Once again, very impressive for the price.10/10 build up compared to other brands. I used so many layers and had no flaming, or color fallout10/10 blendability. It blends in like eyeshadow for an amazing fade of colors. Just make sure it’s still wet.10/10 long wear. I wore this around the house while eating and drinking for 6 hours and it stayed put. I had to add a little bit more to the lips, but that is expected with any aqua paint due to excessive movement.8/10 packaging. I love the individual paints, but the lids had issues staying on. It may have been just the one I received, but I dumped glitter E.V.E.R.Y.W.H.E.R.E other than that, everything was secure and easy to access and store.10/10 removal. Y’all. I was SHOCKED. other pro paints, if I use black, I have parts of my skin black for DAYS. no matter how hard I scrub, it sinks in my pores, etc. Craft Pros found a way to bypass this happening. I used my regular Nuetrogena face wash and is melted right off! No excess residue, no staining the tub, no staining towels.Easy to apply, easy to remove.Overall, this purchase was a pretty solid 10/10.Very comparable, if not BETTER, Than well known brands. Very worth the price and worth a try. I’ll be back to purchase round two!

I do not use this for face painting/crazy makeup looks, just fun eyeliner! I have super sensitive skin and it doesn’t irritate, which was a super plus for me. It’s also super easy to remove and/or if you mess up you can just fix it with a little bit of water! The colors are all very pretty and easy to work with. I planned on using my makeup brushes, but the “fine line” brush that came with it worked perfectly for eyeliner. I’m very excited to experiment with the other brushes/sponges that came with it. I also use the fine line brush to do fake, colored freckles (just put the color onto the brush, put in front of your face, and tap/flick it onto your cheeks).I took away one star because the package was damaged. The plastic cover was completely broken off, cracked, and separated from the bottom. The plastic individual coverings for the specific were mostly intact, but three of them were cracked beyond repair and I just threw them out. I thought about returning and getting a replacement, but honestly am too lazy to go to the post office to return it. The colors dont really dry out since they are water activated and the main cover can be held in place with a rubber band, so just decided to work with it. Other than the damaged packaging though— amazing product!!
