Have me headaches. Can’t tell if they did anything besides that.
Three stars overall, one star for each. They didn’t taste like anything, I didn’t chew them. Longevity? Not a clue. Value? I suppose as they were not expensive. First my bottle came crushed with a hole in it. 🤷♂️ I tried them for a week. Each time I used them I had a terrible headache and didn’t feel well. On the verge of migraine type headache. So I tossed them in the trash. If they did anything other than that I’m unsure as the headache took over everything else.

Didn't notice anything
Was hoping for a shorter lasting caffeine but didn't notice anything with 100mg (1 cap)

Doesn’t work.
Absolutely a useless product not sure if It is just this brand or if the supplement does nothing for me in general. I have ordered this from other sellers and will update if there product is effective.
