I received my bottle on Monday and started taking it right away. It definitely has helped increase my energy and help with food cravings through out the day. I like that you take 3 pills in the morning 30min before breakfast and don’t have to try to remember to take more again later in the day. I also like that it didn’t make me feel all foggy headed or itchy as it’s not a stim product.

So many products that use the "burn" as a selling point have made me jittery and because of that, I have lost the focus needed to keep active and get things done accurately and efficiently. These are easy to take and have a raspberry taste to them. They have a definite clean energy boost. I also notice my appetite is reduced after taking these. These get me through the morning and into the early afternoon. Great energy with no jitters. These are great to take before a workout.

I started taking this last spring to help with focus/energy with school and the additional sitting school requires... I am not able to be as active as I was before school and this has helped me to focus a bit more but also helped me not add not many additional pounds as well. I have not experienced any jittery feelings or anxiousness like I usually do with adding more caffeine to my diet. It does cause mild bloating even when I drink additional water. Overall, I am really pleased with this product.

I like this product. I can tell that it helps with weight loss. I can not say that I can tell a difference with my energy level. With a low carb diet it will work.
