Radiator Cover Shrouds Bezel Grill Grille Guard For Kawasaki Vulcan 900 VN900 Custom 2006-2019 Chrome

The piece was not designed to fit the 2022 Vulcan 900 because of the location of the hoses and frame pieces. I bought it knowing it would need a few cuts to fit the bike and that new 6mm stainless screws would also be needed. The mods took less than an hour using a Dremel with a cutting wheel. I got the new screws with lock washers from Home Depot. I installed the new grill while keeping the stock black screen behind it. Everything lined up and went together quickly. You can see the mods if you know where to look and view from below or a sharp angle beside the piece. Otherwise, it looks great!

Fits perfectly and look s real good.

My Bike has a highway bar to protect the engine in the case of a fall and this shield would not fit between it , so i wasn't able to installed it

The grill has beautiful detail and great quality...but the front fork tubing on the 2019 has additions near the top of the radiator that required cutting the upper side edge with a circular saw. I was able to cut both sides to fit with extenders. For the price, this is a great addition if you have the tools to modify.

This was the perfect addition of chrome to the vulcan 900. The radiator cover looks as good as it's made. durable piece. Guys, you won't be disappointed in purchasing this to add on the bike.One thing that you do need to be aware of. It doesn't come with any hardware. I removed the factory screw from the original screen and took it to lowes. I purchased some chrome screws that matched the thread pattern. Then I purchased some plastic round sleeves. These are needed due to the new cover has bent corners for making it stronger and more durable. I did reuse the screen that came on the bike. So I placed a chrome screw through the new cover. Then put one of the 1/2 inch plastic sleeves on the back side of the plate and then the existing screen and tightened it back into the same place as the original factory screw came out of. I did this for all the screws in the new cover.In the pictures you can see what a difference it made.Thanks so much! See yall on the road!

I had to do a little cutting on this so the crash bars would fit back in place. It hurt to cut on that pretty chrome but had to for the crash bars But once cut all looks great FYI. If u got C B. U GO NA have toSome customization to do. But it’s Ez.

I tried many different things to get this to work; bending the horn mount out away from the radiator, had to cut off over an inch off of the top of this cover, had to cut off the sides since they are way too wide to fit in between the frame, had to go buy longer bolts to still reach the radiator mounts since it wouldn't fit into the area.I love giving positive reviews, but there was NOTHING positive about this product of experience. If you have a 2007 Vulcan 900 Classic, do yourself a favor and find another one that fits. I had even bought an impact driver to get the old screws off so I could mount this, now I'm out that $40 also. :(I wasted 6 hours trying to make this work and altering it, on something that only has 4 screws, and it doesn't even look like something that belongs on the bike. It's too big, and the finish is shiny but still doesn't look like real chrome if you look close. It's more of a bluish-silver aluminum, whereas the chrome on my bike looks more warm color.

Very good looking item but, the problem is it did not fit my 900 !!! what I had to do, Vulcan( I had to fabricate the sides) the Chrome has to be flat because her mounting bolts for the radiator can also down below where the heater hose comes in.. So , probably should have sent it back but I had to finally end up taking a die cutter if using a cutter wheel in and cut slots in the back of fit on to the radiator so I can use them to screw the bolts, and down( It is not exact fit) probably should have sent back, instead of Fabication...
