This is a great hair dryer/styler
I bought this after returning 2 other drying brushes. The other ones worked fine but we're a little to heavy for me. This device is wonderful. I have been "hair" challenged most of my adult life. This is so easy to use, leaves your hair shiny, and full.

Poor quality and no customer service
My sister and I both bought one of these in less than a year both are unusable. Mine the brushes won’t lock in and hers the power cord is defective so it shuts off. The company says there is a 2 year warranty they give you an email address to get support and say the will respond in a week. After a month and 2 emails no response. Do not buy this product.

Good for the price. Heats up nice.
Everything was well until the brush part detached on its own and hung off my hair haha. And no my hair is thin and Maybe mine was just defected hopefully. But I got busy and couldn’t find a time to return it. Other than that it was great didn’t pull hair also heated up perfectly and that is what I always look for some good heat, it does leave your hair nice and silky or it did mine of course with putting some heat protection. Well hope I was of some help to most of you.

bristles on small brush are not lined up with exit spaces on barrel, rendering it barely effective
This product does work... it gets hot enough (to burn my scalp if I'm not careful), and does volumize and curl my fairly short (mid neck length) hair. Due to my hair length, I needed a smaller diameter brush. The negatives - gets very hot with small brush, which I kind of like, but the controls for this are a rotating ring on the base of the handle, very hard to figure which way I'm going to change temp and air flow. Next and the main reason I am unhappy with it, is the bristles for the small diameter brush are not lined up with the spaces in the brush barrel and do not stick straight out, and therefore, do not catch my (very fine and straight) hair adequately. I have similar brushes that have the same problem that I have had to throw away, and some that are absolutely excellent (see picture, this device on Left, bad bristles; Right awesome bristles on a fantastic brush). Last issue, even when I have turned it to the off button, there is a light left on (2nd pic). Have to hit the breaker in the plug to turn it off.

Worth every penny
Listen I have wavy hair and on the roots it’s very hard to keep down (without too much volume) the little brush solve that problem!!I never could dry my hair home until this product I tried from somebody else and bought one for me.Just be careful in between the machine and the brush convection there is a tiny gap that can hold your hair and break it. But only if you are rough or in a rush.Worth every penny.

Hair just slipped right off the small brush
Very disappointed. I was trying to replace my existing hot air styling brush (LUXE Brand) before it breaks. I quickly realized the LUXE brand has been replaced with another name, that being Jinri. There are other names for this same style, one of them, Sultra which is SUPER EXPENSIVE ($149.00) for the SAME dryer. CRAZYThe reason this Milanta brand is being returned is because the 1 1/4 brush does not have those little balls on the end of the bristles therefore my hair just slides right off. If you use your hand to hold the hair in place, of course your hand gets too hot. The small brush is difficult to hold on the tip, it is slippery, it needs BIGGER Ridges to grip. The Big brush bristles are much better and they DO HAVE the little balls on the end. BUT the TIP of the brush does not have a enough space to put your fingers on while you are turning the brush. The picture above shows my old styler brush in the middle and their (Milantia) brushes on either side.Anyway, I found the Jinri on Amazon and ordered that one, it looks exactly like the one I have. 1000W is the same as my old one. This is a must have!
So I just used the blow drying round brush and omg.A. It’s so easy to use.B. It drys my hair faster.C. It doesn’t dry out my hair.D. It gives tons of volume. And I didn’t put any product in my hair. Can’t wait to see what happens when I do.If you are someone who struggles with volume highly recommend this!

Milantia Air Brush, SM-5258, is WAY BIGGER THAN DESCRIBED, NOT FOR SHORT FINE HAIR or SMALL HANDS!
Milantia Air Brush, SM-5258, is WAY BIGGER THAN DESCRIBED, NOT FOR SHORT FINE HAIR or SMALL HANDS!This 2 in 1 Hair Dryer Brush, Milantia 1000W Interchangeable Ceramic Tourmaline Ionic Hot Air Brush, Model # SM-5258, is not as described. The barrel is 1.375 inches, add the .5 inch bristles and you have a total of 2.25 inches from bristle tip to bristle tip. This is way too big for my short baby fine hair. If it had been as the picture showed 1.25 inches from bristle tip to bristle tip, the brush attachment might have worked. The handle at it's smallest point is 1.75 inches diameter and goes to 2.25 inches diameter. I can't get my hand around it. It is smooth and slippery. It’s not easy to get a good grip.Given the above, I never put it together to actually use before returning.
