MasterClass Master Class Cast Aluminium Induction-Safe Non-Stick Frying Pan, 20 cm (8"), Grey

Of all the supposedly nonstick pans out there this brand works perfectly.

I got one similar to this (mine has some wood in the handle) at a thrift store for $4. It is the best non stick I have ever had. I get nice carmalize onions with no oil. Of I go to fast the pan gets brown but more goodness and it wipes out of pan easily with sponge.I don't know how long the original owner had it but I think this will last a long time. I think they may have donated since the wood part is burnt. I use induction so no worries for me.I think $50 may not be a bad price for something that will not loose the non stick.

The pan arrived dented. It is a flimsy pan and not very high quality.

When the coating chips off, and it will soon do that on the rim, a nasty black powder is constantly present where the coating used to be. Also takes a long time to heat up on induction cooktop.

I washed this pan by hand, and the coating starting coming off before I even had a chance to use. I gently washed it before use, and saw particles coming off. I returned it right after

Very nice pan, very non-stick and beautifully made!My Salters pan however that this pan replaced, was far more even and heated faster. The salters pan was the same technology but not a pretty as these.

Bought this after getting a MasterClass casserole pot, as it was very good. A great frying pan, a large base of the pan, but as it has quite high sides, you can also cook more in it, and almost use it like a large shallow sauce pan. Very lightweight, and the non-stick coating is great. Highly recommended! I just wish they did a set of saucepans what had the same non-stick coating. I would get the whole set!

I can honestly say that I'm very impressed so far with this frying pan. I've been using it for approximately 2 months, and have used it a great many times. It's non stick is second to none and it also comes with a 25 year guarantee! Can't recommend enough.

I moved house a few years ago and went from a gas hob to a induction. I had to replace nearly all my pan. A friend recommended Masterclass - I started with1 now every pan I own is a masterclass. Worth every penny - great to cook - easy to clean and look great.
