The Nitro-Tech Hardcore Protein Bar Double Chocolate 12 bars are great to eat as a Meal Replacement before a workout. They are dense, but filling and need to be eaten with a large glass of water. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in Fitness and working out. They taste great!

Powder remained clump-free. It's tasteless and dissolves fairly well, although you might notice a little bit of grit. I don't notice it at all when mixed with whey protein.Tips for *most* people:- Skip the loading phase if you plan to take it for a long period of time (i.e. just take 5 g from the start). The difference between loading or not is negligible in the long run.- DRINK WATER. Drink an adequate amount of water if you want to avoid bloating and emergency bathroom trips! If it does not dissolve by the time it gets to your intestines, your intestines will flood with water and your bathroom visit will not be pleasant. Increase your daily water intake.- You will notice the scale go up 1-3 lbs after taking creatine. This is due to increased total body water -- most of which is intracellular (~95%). Your muscles will look a little fuller after about a month or so (manage your expectations here).- Don't take creatine if you aren't resistance/strength training. You are just making your urine more expensive.- No need to cycle on/off creatine. It isn't a hormonal PED. Studies have been performed on subjects using it for 5 years non-stop with zero negative health effects.

Do NOT consume! I used this product as directed after day 1 the next morning I woke up and had Bell’s palsy! I’m healthy with NO previous medical conditions. I woke up the entire left side of my body was numb felt like I was having a stroke went to the hospital and they diagnosed me with Bell’s palsy after testing the doctor confirmed this concoction seemed to have caused it. Absolutely brutal. The company said they heard of this happening before but nothing else was said or done. The medication I was on to reverse the Bell’s palsy was brutal. DO NOT CONSUME THIS!

Awful product, tastes bad, it seems to dissolve quickly but after steering vigorously it leaves sediment at the bottom of the glass. But most importantly, it gives me diarrhea within 10 to 15 minutes, only once, but it’s awful.

I am a mid 20s female who works out 5-6 days a week. I use Creatine to give my protein shakes that extra kick to help grow and tone my muscles. I have used so many different types of Creatine that I can whole-heartedly say that this is the best one! Many Creatines on the market have this horrible sour taste and very grainy. This one is very different and I can hardly tell that it is there. Adding one scoop to my protein powder, I do not taste any level of sourness and do not find myself chewing on little grains of the product. The Creatine also dissolves so well in my protein powder. I swear by Creatine and this product. It is super clean and is priced very well. I was surprised by the size of the tub as it was very large and lasted me about one month. The product shipped so quickly and I cannot wait to receive my next tub. Beware of what is on the market for Creatine. Do your research and know what is right for your body. This product works for me and I have seen great results! Have a great workout!
