I'm a real estate agent and being 24-years-old, I think briefcases aren't functional and they look like trash. I love to throw my laptop, notebook, pens, etc in a backpack and go. This backpack is very cushioned and comfortable. It has been great for work and school. It's sleek and professional looking. The only reason I am not giving it five stars is that instead of a black color its got a green tint to a more grey color.
