Casio G-Shock Sky Cockpit Ga-1100-1a3jf Pre-Order Japanese Model

This is probably one of my favorite watches in my collection. Not the most expensive by far, bot the most prestigious name by far. Not the most expensive G-Shock I own, but the best for sure.This is a dual sensor G-Shock, World Time, 5 Alarm, Stop Watch, Timer, Temp, Compass, water resistant, deeper then I will ever dive on purpose, general use watch.It is very good looking, clean lines and a bit less in your face then say the Mudmaster. More stealth. Still a large watch at plus 50mm though.Two clock faces, the large for local time and the small for world time. Times can be swapped or set up however you choose. The function wheel for lack of a better term, tells you what function you are in ie, stopwatch, compas, world time. The digital display works in concert with the analog faces. Shows direction or degrees in the compas mode and so on. The light is a single bright white led at the 6 o'clock position and lights the analog faces well. The digital portion is left in the dark. That is the only thing that let's this watch down. The only other "slow"function is the second face changes with each mode. The alarm times show here as well. It can take some time for the face to reset. This is a slow almost painful process if it weren't so cool..nothing to fancy or not needed with this watch. A very functional, clean, durable and fun watch to own.

I wanted a watch with Dual time zones at a glance. I travel frequently for work and knowing the time for work and at home is a priority. It’s black, rugged and a sexy watch. Easy to read, both time zones readily available and has a great light that provides exceptional illumination. Very pleased with this watch. Black with green accents was a deal closer for me. Its my favorite over all the colors this watch comes in. You tube videos taught me how to use the features of the watch. The print in the manual was too small for my older eyes. Great watch!

Always getting compliments on this watch. One guy ran up to me and asked me where I got it. Said Amazon he opened his app and bought one right then and there. That was a weird but funny experience. Light is bright. Japanese model is a little better for the dollar. Why u ask? look at the specs.

Another great G Shock

This is an interesting watch and great looking. The operating instructions don't include English but I found them on line (the seller sent a pdf file a few days after I received the watch, which was a nice afterthought). Set up took me an hour.Pros: looks, illumination button, glow in dark dial, multiple alarm options, count down, and stop watch function. Cons: led displays hard to read, temperature function requires removing watch, compass function requires calibration with another compass.Happy to wear this watch but might have been happy with a less expensive model.

I did not expect that this watch will only last for approximately two years! G-shocks are known to last at least for a decade. I have another G-shock purchased in May 2012 and it is still working fine. The analog time was always out of sync with the digital time. I had my watch repaired last week but the problem still persists. I am aware that the watch is already outside the warranty but to me this unacceptable. I think the watch is defective.

That's a nice watch, i bought it for me because me and my girlfriend are gonna spread out in two country and I'm gonna live in Australia. With this watch, we can see the different time between two different country at the same time, that's great!

20数年ぶりにG Shockを購入する決断しました。海外でしかもフィールドの仕事が多いのですが、G Shockであればタフなのでいちいち外さなくても済むと期待して購入しました。未だ使い込んでいないので品質のコメントは出来ませんが、届いた状態はとても良く、今の時点ではデザインや質感には満足しています。

性能、見た目どれもいいと思う

評判通り大きいですが、見るからに丈夫そうで 精悍でカッコいいと思います。日付け、曜日は暗いところではほとんど見えないが、丈夫さとーカッコよさを求め購入したので、まったく気にならないで使用しています。こういう時計はとてもおもしろいと思います。
