I did not understand the difference between a foreign plug and a converter. I received a plug which will not allow me to use a hair dryer, curling iron, or cloths iron, but it works fine for electronics.

I bought it for a trip to Europe, it charged my phone very quickly. It's not very big which makes it easier to carry in a purse.

Worked great everywhere we went. Convenient size and nice to be able to charge using USB ports as well as use the electrical plugs. Small dimensions and clean design. What's not to love?

Bought two of these for several weeks in Italy. They worked perfectly well at our air bnbs and on trains to charge iphones, nintendo switches, electric razors, etc. Also worked during layovers in Germany, so should have Europe mostly covered for what it's worth.Nothing fancy, but sturdy enough to throw in a backpack and did the job well. All we needed for our trip.

Bought these items for a trip to Italy. While most hotel rooms offered 1 USB port, others did not. So, the two pronged plug came in handy to charge all three or two of my smart devices by bedside. The three pronged plug was useful in the bathroom to plug in my dual voltage flat iron.

We went from the top to the bottom of Italy and never had any issues with the plug in adapter. Worked great!
