I have used this product off and on for about 5 years and I find it really helps with energy level. I am not as tired in the afternoon. I may have some of the other benefits listed but that is the most noticeable one. I recommend trying it but keeping in mind that products don't work the same for everyone.

It really gives me energy. Sometimes too much! I haven't been losing weight, but it could be due to the fact that I've gone back to school and haven't been exercising.
