Q: Mine has arrived with rust marks, is this normal and how to get rid of it? Thinking of sending it back because surely it can't be so healthy.?

Hello, if there is rust, please return it as it is not supposed to rust at all. It can be a manufacturing defect. However, please try washing it once to check if it is really the rust before you return. Hope this helps.

Q: Does anyone know if there is leaking in between the 3 compartments if there is thick liquid like yoghurt in it?

It’s more likely to leak to the outside of the container (thin liquids have came out of mine). The barriers on the inside are solid and will keep things from touching-even yogurt, but if it gets turned upside down it will most likely spread to the other sections from the top.

It keeps food hot for up to 3 hours. Thanks
