I love Yuzu got hooked on it in Japan. Such a unique refreshing flavor. This stuff in the jar can be used in desserts, cooking or like a jam. I love it in my tea. It give just the right amount of flavor and sweetness. I'm going to try it in a Chu Hi and see how that tastes. It's a little pricey but you don't eat gobs of it and to get that unique flavor it's worth it.

Good points are it’s organic and no thickener, no artificial flavor, no citric acid.Bad point is I would like to have more yuzu flavor. There’s something lacking in the taste.

Very good spread on toast, taste really good

This contains so much grape juice (listed as the first ingredient, which is the giveaway) that the flavor is just generic. If you've ever had real yuzu marmalade--which you can find on Amazon for about $10--you'll immediately taste the difference. Yuzu marlamade that's unadulterated by other fruits is exquisite and unique, complex and almost perfumed, and quite unlike any other citrus fruit. This product isn't worth the money at all; you can barely taste that it's citrus, let alone yuzu! Life is too short to bother with bland, flavorless glop (unless you just want to sweeten tea with something fairly neutral and don't mind the texture in a drink), so it's going into the compost bin. What a disappointment!

Excellent product just wish the package was bigger. Bitter yuzu goes with so many dishes.

It's nowhere tart enough and lacks yuzu flavor overall. The price is quite high, which I wouldn't even mind if it tasted better. The only positive is the texture, the smooth blend doesn't leave behind big chunks of yuzu in your drink but might be why I don't get much yuzu flavor. Not buying again.

I didn't taste any citrus-like flavor at all. Just sweetness.
