I ordered a size 18 but they say on the label a uk size 14, luckily they have stretch and fit.

usually i buy super plus tampons and go through them in about an hour these pants have done so amazingly and provided the extra layout of comfort i need. It’s like when you wear a tampon and a pad together for super heavy flow but you no longer need the extra uncomfy pad with these pants! so happy with them

At 78 years old, I no longer wear them for periods, but they are ideal for stress incontinence. Saves me having to wear a panty liner, which crease up and cause friction.

I really like these, but they are not suitable as period pants. They are massive, so super comfy and perfect for bloated days, and will only be suitable for the last day of my period and pre-period days of spotting.I wore at home to test and the period blood soaked all the way through, this was my first day so heavy.I know the description says they are to be used alongside other products but I wanted to see exactly what they are capable of.I will keep using them and may even buy more due to the comfiness, but definitely going for another brand for when I need protection on heavy days.

Very comfortable yet well fitted. Good quality product. You can take a size down your actual size . For a more tight fitting as it is period pants.
